Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Washington

The place was quaint, comfortable, and had all that we needed. It matched the pictures and description. Entry was easy. Shower water pressure was strong (we appreciate that). Dishwasher was quiet. Our dog loved the freedom of the fenced in yard.

This is the spot we stay on our trips to the Greenville area. Everything is great. Clean, amenities, great fenced back yard for our pups. It also provides privacy. The area is peaceful yet close to great restaurants. Ayden Golf Club is only a couple miles away. The best feature is the host. Great folks and very responsive. This will always be our stay.

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed the space to spread out. The kids spent a lot of time honing their skills around the ping pong table! The host was extremely gracious, attentive, and responsive. The beds were very comfortable; everything was clean clean clean. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

I enjoyed my time staying there. We had everything we needed and the location was nice and quiet!

We really enjoyed staying in Deborah's home. The beautiful views from the front porch and quiet neighborhood made this an extra special stay. This home has plenty of bathrooms, nice appliances, and comfortable beds. We would recommend this special home and beautiful location!

Lovely home in the country across from nature reserve. I observed 4 new ‘lifer’ birds, an otter, deer, and black bears. Everything was lovely. Highly recommend for a peaceful retreat or if you have an event in Belhaven and want a place on one floor. Thanks to Leah for the hospitality!

Wonderful stay! The home was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay has been great! We needed to be close by base for the SunDown Event on Cherry Point. We absolutely loved the cleanliness and the space it provided for us. Brian was very responsive when it came to our arrival and understanding of our long travel from Florida. Look forward to booking there again soon!

The place is a gem if you want to BREATHE! We are on the road quite a bit so to find a place surrounded by nature is a GEM! We LOVED the chickens, the frogs, the birds, the fireflies, deer, dogs cat, Bacon the pig, along with the sweet hosts Tom and Bob. After a day of sightseeing we looked forward to sitting on the front porch and exhaling! If you can, go to the boat ramp to see the beautiful moss laden cypress trees.

Jim made sure I was comfortable with everything I needed. The home has such a wonderful character! You can feel the history of this as an old property that is in such great condition it feels truly modern. It's been cared for meticulously and shows. Two miles outside of Oriental was actually perfect for solitude yet I could ride a bicycle to town and loved it. Jim shared a lot of local knowledge and points of interest. For a person that's never been in the area at all. I found it helped make a connection with the community outside of his place. I already know I will return and not think twice. I'll stay here again in the fall.

This stay reminded me of all the reasons I love my hometown. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again!

The apartment was exactly what we needed! We loved the history of the building and all the charm that comes with an older home. Christie was extremely helpful and proactive in setting up our space to suit our needs. She was friendly and worked hard to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed.

I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone. It's the crown jewel of the area, and whenever I'm back in town, I always check for availability - it's always my top choice. The space is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It’s in a very quiet area, yet close enough by the downtown. There is plenty to do. We were in town for a high school graduation. I’m in love with the purpose behind the space, for cancer patients. It’s such a beautiful way to honor her sister Ellen. I would highly recommend it, I’ll check this before I look anywhere else for my next visit to my daughter.

Great place to stay! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, playing golf at Harbour pointe and exploring downtown new Bern on day 1, and then touring tryon palace, playing disc golf, and enjoying the amenities on property on day 2. Sara’s is a great dinner spot nearby for dine in or pick up!

JD was great from start to finish, always very helpful and quick to respond. The unit was perfect for me, great amenities, and the location is stellar. So many great restaurants, shops, and bars within a 1-2 minute walk. I stayed for an entire month and will definitely do it again if my remote work job permits the opportunity again in New Bern.

This place is very well appointed - anything you might need was there! It's a lovely space, nicely decorated in an oceanside theme, spotlessly clean, with comfortable furniture and a comfortable bed. The owner offered access to a nearby recreation center, and we would have loved to but it was very much a working weekend for us and we did not have time to take advantage of that. There's plenty of parking available and getting in was quick and easy. Highly recommended and would rent again next time we need a place in the area!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

My family & I had a great stay, beautiful home with everything we needed. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We saw lots of deer and squirrels, moon over the river was beautiful. A great retreat after beach days and running around New Bern.

Great view in the balcony and very pleasant stay. Only complaint was trying to get the elevator to work since the loft was on the 3rd floor, all luggage had to be carried up. Would have not known there was an elevator but since we were shown there was one from the host, we assumed it was working and accessible. Kinda pricy for 3 nights but overall was worth the location and walking distance to all the major attractions downtown.

Steve and Elizabeth were amazing hosts, their place was spotless and was as advertised! Additionally, they were very responsive to all messages and more than helpful! Will stay again in the future!

We had a great time at Julie’s place in Fairfield Harbour. The condo was wonderful, well stocked with all the supplies we needed, and in a great location. Highly recommend!
