Exactly as described. Lots of nightlife around but not loud enough to bother you. Tons to do right outside. Beautiful area.

Very clean! Great location downtown with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Host is awesome - let us check out an hour later!

Loved this place and the aesthetic. The living space was immaculately clean, modern, and I loved the pigeon mural. it easily accommodated our group of four, but could easily handle up to eight. As honestly described in the listing, it was a little noisy at night, but given the location, it is to be expected. It really wasn't a bother to me at all. It was a great stay! My husband and I stayed here for a friend’s wedding and it was the perfect spot! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The location was ideal—super close to downtown Johnson City, so it was easy to get to the wedding events, grab a bite, and explore a bit in our free time. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and comfy bed after long days of celebrating. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area!

Fantastic place to stay! Beautiful apartment, Guest parking for your stay, and close to so much to do! Check the local book to get ideas if you need stuff to do during the stay! Breakfast was delicious everytime!

Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming - she truly saved us from the literal Airbnb commercial scenario of a terrible hotel room and came through with the perfect last-minute stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and in a great location - ideal for ETSU orientation, but also super convenient for exploring downtown Johnson City. The location was 4 minutes from the hospital. My first grandbaby was born so it was an easy spot to get to and from the hospital. The cleanliness of the place was great. I had no issues.

Anthony’s place was perfect for my husband and son who came into town on for a guided fly fishing trip. They enjoy the outdoors but when it’s time to come “home” they appreciate a good meal, and a clean, comfortable space with air conditioning :) Country and City folks if you will. They walked easily to great burgers, wings, gyros and could just chill out after catching (and releasing) lots of trout! Great weekend for them all around. Thank you!

Kristi & Mike were wonderful. Felt like we were visiting family. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was as comfortable as mine at home. The treats & drinks came in handy for a late night snack. Lovely safe neighborhood. Easy to get around to many fun places.

Booked last minute after a death in the family. Was perfect for our needs as three siblings needing to stay together. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. Location is convenient to North JC. Would stay again!

This has been one of my favorite airbnbs. We were seeing a show at the Hard Rock Casino and it was close and convenient and had so much to do. The place was very clean and tidy and every area was well designed. We loved it and intend to go back.
