Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Washington County

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

We booked Jared and Beverly’s home for my family (my two oldest kids, spouses and grandson) during our daughter’s wedding weekend at Gables and Gardens. The home is beautiful and the kitchen and downstairs bathroom are a dream! We spent time on the back porch assembling flowers for the wedding and the sunset was incredible. We had a few small hiccups and Jared and Beverly were incredibly responsive and fixed things immediately which we appreciated so much! Overall we’re very pleased with our stay and we would love to stay again if we’re ever in the area!

This home was very quiet, private, and comfortable. It was exactly as described. The hosts were very informative and kind. This home was filled with just about anything you would need being away from home. The deer and birds were fun. I hope that I can make a return trip.

It was the second time a group of us stayed at the Manor (9 of us total). It worked out perfectly. Beds are comfortable plenty of space for us all. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and pans. Along with complementary coffee. Communication is a five star plus!!! Will be back again next year!!

Host is very responsive and he accurately put out just the information that we needed during our entire stay. The place was very cozy, well equipped and quite clean and worth the amount what we paid for. Would 100% recommend this place.

My family and I had a wonderful time! Larry is very sweet, gave us a tour, offered to help with docking our boat and even offered my husband the tools to fix the bunk on our trailer. The house is big and beautiful!! Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need!! The hot tub is definitely a bonus as we used it everyday!! The dock was perfect, we had room for our pontoon boat and jet skis. All around the perfect place for some R&R!!! My family and I love Cossayuna Lake as we are semi local and it was our first experience with an Airbnb. Thank you Larry for sharing your home!! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

We absolutely loved the clementine cottage! It was a perfect peaceful getaway. The house was so clean and absolutely adorable. Excellent hosts!! We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

The house was exceptionally clean with plenty of space for a large group. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals. Washer and dryer were great after a day on bike trails. Many rooms, including pool table in the basement, allowed kids and adults to have their own spaces for fun and relaxation. Inviting-soft music playing and lights on when we arrived. Plenty of linens for the group. Comfortable chairs in the kitchen created a casual, conversational atmosphere. Several bedrooms, including a small twin, as well as several rooms downstairs, made sleeping arrangements for a large group easier.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful backyard with peaceful views; the surrounding areas are full of lots of outdoor activity. Patrick was a kind and responsive host. Certainly recommend this stay for a couple looking for an R&R weekend getaway!

I arrived late on a rainy night, but the studio was warm and inviting. I was in town for a bike race, but wished I could have planned to get there earlier and curl up with a good book. The space is cozy and well thought out with lots of interesting activities. The driveway is a bit winding and isn’t paved, so I don’t recommend bringing your sports car. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

5 stars at this Airbnb. Away from the hustle, close drives to fun, dining, activities. Very comfortable, great Apple TV. Amazing views of VT right through the kitchen window with an accessible trail across a beautiful bridge. Quiet at all times, plenty of hot water, amazing host. I can’t say enough good things to highly recommend this listing.

Stayed here to visit family while traveling from TX. Ann was very responsive and the unit was charming and comfortable. A well needed resting place for folks looking to disconnect a bit.

This is my second year going to Randy's place. It looked exactly as it had been at this time last year as if no one had been there since my last visit everything was nice had a great time

Best place we ever stayed! Mara was amazing and we had the best two days there. We got to spend time with friendly horses, cats, and chickens. We saw a bald eagles nest nearby, too. Front of the house was a peaceful farm vibe and the back was a gorgeous river view off the back deck. We enjoyed grilling our dinner and eating out back while watching the sunset. The deck lights were a nice touch. Simply stunning! Indoor fireplace was so nice too. Definitely book this place if you’re thinking about it! We will be back for sure!

Abbey was a wonderful host and her apartment was perfect for me! It was very clean and cozy 😊 It was super easy to find and in an ideal location for my event which ended up being less than 10 minutes away! I will definitely be back in the future!!

The best experience ever. Super responsive host. I was there housing my family for my graduation at SPAC. More than enough room for 5 adults and 3 children. When I got ready to leave in the morning my car wouldn't start, dead battery. I had to take an UBER to SPAC. I sent the host a message and he went right out and helped my daughter get my car started. People always want to rent when the host isn't on the premises. I never have an issue with that. They were super quiet, we arrived in the middle of the night and my daughters arrived after 12 midnight. I communicated with them with any changes to keep them informed. Pristen space and fully equipped. My granchildren really enjoyed the video games and boardgames that were there. Thank you again for providing a space for me and my family.

Once again, we had an amazingly peaceful and relaxing time at our favorite air bnb. We love everything about Isobel's place, the beautiful surroundings, the sauna and of course the hot tub. There were so many birds to watch, too, including Indigo Buntings and Baltimore Orioles! It's a perfect getaway. We can't wait to come back in the fall.

The apothecary farm stay was the perfect weekend getaway in Vermont. It is located on a quiet plot of land allowing for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The small farmhouse is neat and quaintly decorated. Nicole was a great host and responded quickly to any questions. I’d highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here!

Left the city for my birthday weekend and stayed at Kate’s cozy cabin. Although it was raining all weekend we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful days looking out at the lake. We cooked dinner every night at the house, she has everything you would need in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and recommend booking Kate’s home.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was so clean and cozy and there were lots of games and movies to entertain us. It is in a great location close to queensbury, glens falls, hudson falls, and kingsbury. I would highly reccomend. Thank you for a great stay!

Highly recommend Brian’s off grid cabin! His directions were very helpful and made navigating the generator, camp shower, and other on-site details super easy to understand and execute. His property is beautiful and peaceful. We’re already looking at our calendars for another time to visit. Our dog, Stumpy, very much enjoyed the outdoor access and pond. He didn’t want to leave!

Linda’s home was exactly what we were hoping for: a cabin in the woods with all the comforts and detail one could ever imagine. Tucked away in Fort Ann, you could hear the chipmunks and squirrels rustling in the fallen leaves while enjoying the quiet sounds of nature sitting on the front porch. The home booklet was extremely helpful with outdoor suggestions as well as places to eat. Even net one of the neighbors who was filling us in on the area. We will definitely look to return to share this experience with the rest of our family. Thank you again for such an amazing fall experience.
