Walmart and Albertsons are 6–7 mins away. Maps may show empty land—new area, follow house numbers. No pets, smoking, or extra guests. Quiet hours 11pm–5am. Includes soap, shampoo, iron, steamer, and coffeemaker.

This studio is located 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield (10 minutes from the 99 Freeway using hwy 46 turnoff) and 20 minutes from Interstate 5 Freeway. It is perfect for the out-of-town worker on assignment or guest that is visiting family in the area. PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES VERY CAREFULLY. OUR PLACE DOES REQUIRE YOU TO CLIMB THE LADDER TO GET TO THE BED.
