60 m² apartment with high-quality amenities and access to the terrace/garden. Living area with well-equipped kitchenette (including oven with integrated microwave) as well as dining table and comfortable sofa bed (for 2 people). The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.
