Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

The little ones can let off steam in the schoolyard next door with a climbing frame and space to play ball. A parking space is available for you at your doorstep. In the village there is a restaurant, a golf course and a mini golf course. In addition, the local wildlife park is exciting for all ages. No smoking

Cozy, small, self-contained apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house. Quiet location at the spa park, not far from the Lindenplatzklinik and Klinik Wiesengrund. The graduation wall and thermal bath are within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Excursions to the rural surroundings are possible on foot or by bike on signposted cycling and hiking trails. The city of Soest is 6 km away and can be reached by bus and train. The Möhnetalsperre can be explored by bike.

Rest and relaxation in the Sauerland

Do you want to escape the stress of everyday life, enjoy nature, hike or ski in winter? Then this is the place for you. Our house is very quietly surrounded by forests, beautiful hiking trails, lakes (14 km to Möhnesee) and ski resorts (about 30 minutes to Winterberg). Nevertheless, nice restaurants, the Warsteiner brewery with brewery and other local attractions can be reached in just 10-15 minutes. The balcony, terrace with hammock and fireplace invite you to relax.

Enjoy nature in an apple tree house and shepherd's wagon

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

With its own outdoor sauna: The Mökki by Lake Möhne

The lake house is more than a vacation home in Finland, the "Mökki" between forest and water is a place of longing. It is used for saunas, hiking, boating, and breathing deeply. Our Mökki is located on the wooded southern shore of Lake Möhne. And it offers a bit of Finnish lifestyle. The cottage is close to the lake, secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs. It has its own outdoor sauna and a fireplace. Welcome to your private hideaway!

Modern, cozy and surrounded by nature. Our Swedish house has elegant architecture and invites you to relax and explore the Sauerland. Waking up in the morning and being awakened by cows is something special. The house is also gladly used as a workation place. The large window facade to the west gives you a fabulous view over the Wästertal to Warstein and gives the house a lot of light. We appreciate inquiries for living in Warstein.

On 38 sqm you will find a small functionally furnished modern apartment with a special view of accessibility. The bed has a nursing frame and can be adjusted electrically in height. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The apartment is reached on the second floor by lift. The bed has a width of 140 cm. The couch standing in the apartment is extendable and can be used as a second bed - with a width of 120 cm.

The Soest All Saints' Day fair and the beautiful Christmas market are popular destinations, but also various sights as well as nearby Lake Möhnesee offer the possibility of varied activities. We prefer a friendly and uncomplicated coexistence.

Ideal for hiking and cycling trips to the beautiful Sauerland. In the immediate vicinity begins the cycle path to Lake Möhne.
