It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen, a built-in laundry, a separate toilet & luxurious bathroom with deep double bath, (for use when our tanks are full).

Recently redecorated the flat has a queen bedroom, ensuite, kitchen, meals area, and large lounge room. An extensive garden, birdlife, and plenty of free parking. The kitchen provides cooking oil, butter, jam, vegemite, sugar, teas, coffees, biscuits, chocolate, milk, and sauce. Smart TV and free wifi. Cozy room for you to relax after a day sightseeing. Next to golf course, very central. This is a basic room and facilities for an overnight stay. The room has a homely and clean feel, but if you like everything luxury, this place may not be ideal for you. Our family home has recently been built in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private purpose built room for guests with external access. En-suite as well as tea and coffee making facilities with a table and chair to sit at and enjoy the views.
