Lana was one of the most friendliest, accommodating hosts we have ever interacted with. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was memorable. The accommodation was cosy and homely, and the cherry on top was the fact that it was situated in a beautiful bush setting. We absolutely would comeback again!

We loved our last-minute stay at Chris and Sue’s, and will definitely be back. Fantastic living spaces, room to spend together or have some time apart 😜 Even in the freezing winter rain, the backyard was a hit with the kids. Gym space and board games were a super-bonus. Wonderful to have a kitchen with all the tools and bits and pieces you need to get a meal on the table like you’re at home - while the deep bath, fluffy towels, and comfy beds felt like we were at a luxury hotel. Can’t wait to return!

The property has amazing views and if you are lucky you can catch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Right across from the beach the house was fully equipped and had everything you would need and more. The jacuzzi was great after a long day at the beach. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

My family had a great stay over the Easter break at Noel’s place. The house was very tidy and the location was great. If you are planning to visit Warrnambool with kids, Noel’s place is a perfect choice! Thank you!

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation for the Warrnambool races. Close to the course, not far from town, shopping centre and restaurants / take away options nearby - everything we needed. The house was Group One. It slept five of us comfortably. It had a large kitchen with everything we needed, two living areas and an excellent 'man cave' outside. Michael's communication was excellent, making our arrival and entry simple. There were also 'gifts' for us on arrival - drinks and chocolates - that let us know Michael was more than just a host. He also let us know if anything was not quite right he could have it immediately corrected. That wasn't required. Thanks Michael, our accommodation was the icing on the cake of our fantastic visit.

Fantastic home in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - it had everything we needed, with great heating and lots of parking spaces. Miranda was lovely as a host and even arranged to have the heating turned on prior to our arrival. Would absolutely stay here again!

The place was extremely beautiful and just as described. Annette was very generous with the wonderful breakfast options. The property is quiet, clean and gardens are very well kept. The stay couldn't have been better.

The lodging and its interior were exactly shown as in the website picture. It is clean, comfy and everything works well. It has a game room at the basement which is great for children. A washer and dryer also came in handy for the laundry. There are some well known supermarkets and petrol stations nearby and easily reached within a few minutes drive including some food outlets. Too bad my family and I only had 2 nights staying at the airbnb. We just wish if we could stay longer and visit more places of interests in the area. I would definitely recommend the house to those with a family of 6 pax as there are 3 bedrooms available. It is way comfortable and cosy home.

We had a lovely stay at The F Project accommodation in Warrnambool with our family. The house is spacious, freshly painted, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and everything was ready for a turn-key stay. The location is also a big plus—accessible and convenient to local amenities, cafes, and shopping areas, which made getting around easy and stress-free. What makes this place truly special is that it’s part of a volunteer-run arts and community precinct. The income from this accommodation helps support their creative programs, which made our stay feel even more meaningful. Jane, who looked after us, was friendly, responsive, and genuinely kind. If you're looking for a stay that's not only clean and convenient but also contributes to a great cause, this is it. Highly recommend!

Louise put a lot of love into the prep for our arrival - snacks were over the top - she was very concerned that everything was ok - a real sweetheart to us - thank you! The place was beautifully decorated - personal touches but not cluttered - really nice. We would go back again for sure - thank you Louise!

We all had a fantastic time at Clinton’s place. It was lovely and clean and is perfect for a family. It is close to all amenities and is also an easy walk to the beach. We would be happy to stay again.

We had a delightful stay at Nadia’s place in Warrnambool. The location was ideal for exploring Warrnambool’s highlights. The home was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped—perfect for our family getaway. Nadia was a fantastic host: welcoming, responsive, and made check-in seamless. Our kids were thrilled with the surprise snacks (chips and popcorn), which made movie nights extra special. Thank you, Nadia, for providing such a welcoming and comfortable home base for our long weekend getaway. Highly recommended!

The property is amazing and suited our family of 12 adults and 3 babies. The 7 bedrooms are beautifully decorated and it was very luxurious to have an ensuite for 6 of them with a very convenient main bathroom. Being situated on a river it was very picturesque. The living areas were comfortable and gave space to our large family. Vicki was a very responsive host for any queries we had. She was very friendly to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. We had a magnificent Easter holiday here that has given us many happy memories.

We (4adults) stayed 2 nights at Phoebe’s. It was amazing. So close to everything. So quiet. So clean. So warm. Well packed kitchen. The main heater in the lounge room kept the home very warm. This is a magnificent property. The house design makes for spacious, comfortable living. The decor is sublime, all rooms complement each other, bedrooms are large with great storage and comfortable beds. The kitchen is a cooks dream with a comfortable lounge area and a large smart tv. Bathroom are 5* hotel quality. The outdoor deck is a sun trap with comfortable furniture to take advantage. The area is peaceful, yet you are only minutes from town. Couldn’t recommend this house highly enough - for those lucky enough to enough to stay, treat it with the reverence it deserves

Naomi’s house was beautiful and super comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we felt right at home. We truly appreciated her hospitality.

Best pet friendly place we have stayed in. Matt even provided continental breakfast items. Beautifully renovated house. Shame to go back home to ours now.
