Place was so lovely and well presented. I personally found the mattresses weren't comfy and the beds are singles put together to make a double. Easy check in and Zoe made it clear she was available if needed.

Absolutely perfect stay. Place was spotless, and it felt very homely!!! Even had a little box of chocolates to greet us! Use of the condiments was a nice touch as saved us having to buy any. Couldn't have asked for a better stay 💖

Lovely place, conveniently located

This was a great stay. The house is of top quality and Monique would respond extremely quickly to any queries that I had. This is a perfect location to stay if you are competing in the IronMan 70.3 Bolton, as you can walk to the start line in under 15 minutes.

Excellent communication, great instructions on how to find and access. Spotless accommodation with good dog walks close by. Loved all the finishing touches and extras for humans and dogs alike.

This was a perfect place for our overnight stay on a long journey. It's very comfortable, the kitchen area is small but has everything you need. Also there's great shower and generously sized comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the Cheshire Ring Canal, perfect for an evening walk and an early morning run.

What a lovely place! We only stayed for 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. Cosy rooms, homely decor and so spacious. There was everything you could possibly need - fully equipped kitchen, dressing gowns, slippers, good coffee, snacks and a welcome drink (thank you!) The place was easy to find, quiet location and pretty views overlooking the field.

The property suited our needs perfectly - an overnight stop near to the event we were attending. Nelson was very responsive throughout the booking and extremely helpful and accommodating. Accommodation is basic and fairly tired in points (broken window blinds and chair / doors don’t shut flush to the lounge / lots of detritus in the kitchen cupboard - suitcase, baby seat, food items, etc) good value for what we needed, but parts could do with tidying up in order to be described as ‘stunning’ I think it is fair to say. Garden could be made to look far nicer. All in all, still good value and suited our needs well.

Lovely little place in a great location for the forest concerts. The place was as described with everything we needed in the grounds of a beautiful home. Comfy bed. Sarah responded promptly when asking questions and check in and out was smooth

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

A great little place to stay. Sarah was always quick to respond. The place has everything you need for a short stay, plus there’s a shop nearby. The bus stop is nearby too for getting a bus into Sale centre or sometimes I just walked in. I also enjoyed running round the area and along the canal.

Excellent base for what we wanted. Lots of local eateries in walking distance, very quiet location as its away from the main road. The rooms are massive for a two bedroom flat. Really helpful instructions on how to get there and really well presented. I would highly recommend and will be staying again myself.

Gorgeous basement flat, stylish, clean, warm, with plenty of everything you could need. Corrine and Mark were so welcoming and friendly. We had great weather and it was so joyful to sit in a beautiful and much loved garden with my dad, enjoying a coffee in the sunshine. Couldn't have been more convenient for everything that I needed access to, including a walk to to the prom in the morning sunshine. Highly recommend and look forward to further stays.

What can I say. This host goes above and beyond. I mentioned we were going to celebrate my wife’s birthday and there was banners, balloons and a cake when we got there with her favourite music playing also. These were lovely touches I have not seen before using Airbnb. Also Stocked drinks fridge, essentials in the fridge. Clear instructions on everything in the flat. Made it feel like. Home from home. We will definitely be coming back Thanks

Richard’s place was just perfect. I was visiting for an emotional event. The memorial to my dad who passed away last year. I was looking for somewhere to stay which had soul and was peaceful and not too far from the university. I loved this place and Richard was so down to Earth and friendly and welcoming. I really felt at home straight away and loved playing records on a record player. Really wanted to stay longer and will be back! Thank you so much Richard for your kindness.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dave’s studio. Its was exactly like the pictures and had so much to offer in the area, including a retail park with loads of shops 2 mins away. The property isn’t far from the centre at all, about 10/15 mins on the bus and there was a few options of travel too, an uber to the docks cost us £10 which isn’t bad at all! Dave was an amazing host, he was so helpful throughout booking and answered all of my queries straight away! He even gave us information about what events were on and experiences to do whilst we were there which i thought was a lovely add on (thank you so much Dave!). I would highly recommend to anyone looking to book ☺️ I would note that there are some beams in the studio and if you are in a particularly tall group you may want to watch your head! My partner banged his head a few times on them so just be wary and ready to duck down!

A beautiful studio in an excellent location. Jacquie was really helpful with instructions and check in, and communicative throughout our short stay. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. Would love to come and stay again.

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

Nicolas was a wonderful and very helpful host. He greeted us on time and with great courtesy, and we truly appreciated his flexibility with our arrival time. The apartment was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well. The location couldn’t have been better—close to both the bus and train stations, which made getting around super easy. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would gladly book again if we get the chance.

The shower was hot and powerful, the beds were very comfortable too. We made the 10 minute walk to the Royal Oak and had a lovely dinner. Very pleased with our choice.

stayed for a total of 5 nights, spotlessly clean and space large enough for 2 people. off street parking, so quiet, well stocked fridge with jams milk etc. I really liked the bedside table that included to USB charging points. will definitely stay again when I am next visiting

I had a great stay at Linden’s apartment! The location is perfect—right next to Manchester United’s stadium and close to the city center, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and transport. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with Linden was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manchester.
