Apartment holiday rentals in Warren County

The River House was such a pleasant stay a home away from Home where we could relax and enjoy the scenery for our second day it rain but we were able to sit in the patio and just relax while we listened to the rain and cooked burgers. the whole atmosphere was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a little wine by the river with a sun set. When we first arrived Derek was working on his lawn and he greeted us welcomely. Mid afternoon we sat with Phyllis and Derek and got to know them a little on how they enjoyed bed breakfast and them wanted to give that hospitality to others I'd say they nailed it I won't give away any details cause it was fun just finding them and being like that was really thoughtful. Also stop at the City of Warren all the people we got to meet were nice and kind from the small walk we took almost everyone who we walked by greeted us.

Place is clean and cozy, the deck and the fire pit area are great to sit back and enjoy the views of the creek and many ducks and birds! Everything was as described, and we had everything needed for our overnight stay in the area. Would return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. We had a special Valentine's dinner at Bent Run Brewing (within walking distance) and a quiet evening cooking dinner playing pool together the next night. Definitely worth a stay. The pool table is fun. This place is a classic and you might need the stepstool to get into the bed!

House rules may be a lil on the strict side. I didn't mind washing the dishes (didn't use much) and taking out the trash. Expecting paying guests to sweep though is a bit much. The cleaning fees were, however, pretty low. Give and take I guess.

Sue was very helpful throughout this stay. She was accommodating to my needs and was always responsive. I would recommend choosing to stay with Sue!

Very cute! I loved the binder with suggestions for food. It was the first time I had seen that. Very clean

Light, airy and open space in third floor apartment with high ceilings. Clean, comfortable and quiet with a responsive host. I’d gladly stay at one of James’s properties again
