Our four apartments (two smaller ones on the ground floor and two larger ones on the first floor) have been lovingly and carefully restored using natural materials in a heritage-friendly manner. Each apartment has its own charm – a mix of old building elements, antique furniture, and modern comfort. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, with the three largest also featuring a cozy wood stove. The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, canoe, rowboat, stand-up paddleboard, table tennis table, and badminton equipment can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. You can fish or swim from the jetty or boat. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin, Wismar, and Rostock are about 45 km away.

We completely renovated our small vacation home (50 sqm) in 2022. It offers a beautiful terrace with stunning views of Lake Labenz, which begins less than 100 meters below the terrace. The house is also privately used by us. We have a good DSL connection with a modern router, perfect for mobile working and streaming.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.
