We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped into the cozy cottage. Easy access to the train and could never hear it! Enjoyed the walk to the bakery, cheese shop and butcher for our family meals. Incredibly easy access to all the places by train.

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!

We had a wonderful weekend in Uitgeest as a family of five. The surroundings with the windmill, the meadows with lots of water, nature and the beautiful place just around the corner are the perfect starting point for various excursions to the sea or to Haarlem and Amsterdam. Our hosts were always very friendly and helpful, the house offers everything you need and is beautifully cozy. We will be happy to come back!

We were very warmly welcomed by Maya and there was even a nice bouquet of flowers, a bottle of wine and a treat for our dog. This was a great surprise. We liked the little cottage and the garden very much, everything was as described. We had a nice time there and will certainly be happy to come back.

What a fantastic lcation to relax en enjoy a peacefull vacation. Lovely place to spend 2 days with our dogs. Also a great host, easy going and helpfull. If you are passing by it is worth the stay.

The accommodation is conveniently located in Volendam and full full equipped. We had a great week with our dachshund ... dog friendly Erik 😉

Great accommodation and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything was fine for us ☀️

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

We had a nice stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

We had a wonderful few days at Jody and Huib's beautiful place. The chalet is fantastically located – both the sea and the IJsselmeer can be reached quickly, and some places worth seeing in the area can also be easily accessed. The accommodation was sparkling clean and superbly equipped – there was really everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were useful utensils in the kitchen, and even in the bathroom everything was thought of – perfect in case you forgot something. The rooms are very tasteful and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you feel welcome from the first moment. The private garden access was ideal for our dog who could move freely there. However, the absolute highlight was the direct water access with private area – simply fantastic. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation as well as the hosts Jody and Huib:)

We had a lovely stay at Cor's place. He is a great host, super friendly and helpful. He provided lots of tips for the area and was really easy to reach. The place was perfect - you have everything you need in the tiny house, and it was spotless. There are nice day trips around the area and the bungalow park itself is really inviting and private. We especially loved the completely fenced garden for our dog - he had a great time, too! But mostly, we appreciated Cor's friendly and kind nature. He is a great guy and we felt at home right away. We will gladly come back and would definitely recommend staying there. :)

I was with a friend and her dog for four nights in the accommodation. We enjoyed the time in the beautiful cottage! The location is very nice, the accommodation is clean and the kitchen is really well equipped. Communication with Linda is easy and fast. We will be back!

It seemed to us as if we had met acquaintances, more friendly than with Kim and her husband, guests cannot be received. North Holland not only promises, but fulfills all expectations. There are only short distances to travel in a variety of ways. The beach is fantastic. The nearby climbing dune is a fun spot. We will be happy to come back!!

Frank warmly welcomed us to his great apartment and gave us a nice little tour of the premises. He was available around the clock and had even given us various tips and excursion destinations before arrival, which were tailored to our preferences. The apartment was tidy, clean and there was really NOTHING missing! The area is nice and quiet, with few tourists and a beautiful, clean and spacious beach. Perfect also for our dog. Our highlight was the nearby town of Alkmar with its market and also the CSD Pride Parade on the water, which we happened to get into. Absolutely recommended and super nice residents. All in all our stay was perfect. It couldn't have been better and we are sad that the short break is already over. We will definitely come back if we felt right at home. Thank you Frank for your efforts!

A very nice quiet apartment in the absolute vicinity of the city center of Alkmaar. Caterina welcomed us warmly, showed us everything. There were tips for the city (thank you again for that). Check-in had been a little delayed because craftsmen who were busy outside were not ready yet, but Caterina communicated this openly and compensated us with sparkling wine and nibbles😀. There were four of us and if we visit Alkmaar again, we would like to book the apartment again.

We would like to dedicate only the best words to Jeremy – for the warm welcome, pleasant communication as well as for the comfortable, tasteful, stylish and very cozy accommodation. Here you can have a good time in any weather. The large terrace with comfortable furniture is perfect for a romantic evening. Right next to it is a whirlpool for your comfort and relaxation, in which the whole family or a small group can be accommodated. Also for your comfort, a large table is available in the center of the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Inside, there is a cozy area with audio and video equipment, a practical kitchen and a bar for socializing – if the weather doesn't cooperate. You can reach the sea in just 15 minutes by car. We will definitely come back and recommend this place from the heart.
