10/10, we Highly recommend. Every detail in this home and community was designed to make one feel welcomed, cozy and calm; also there’s most definitely luxurious finishes/vibes. If you’re looking for relaxation, good food and vibes, you’ve chosen the perfect place. Last but not least, the host Vincenzo, is truly exceptional. We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

my husband and I spent a long weekend at Diana's Airbnb. the apartment was very cozy and clean. lots of outside space to sit, which unfortunately we didn't use as we were on the go. Diana was the perfect host, even provided baggetts for us one morning for breakfast. we would highly recommend her Airbnb for a couple or single person visiting the area. Charlene and Frost

Great spot just a short walk from the beach. If you are simply looking for a place to put your stuff and sleep, this is a great option. The condo was clean, the kitchen was nice (though I didn’t cook), and the grounds are very well maintained. The pool and cabana area was great. The bed was very uncomfortable (thin mattress with metal bars and/or springs poking)- it’s more of a pullout Murphy bed which I wasn’t expecting. You could also hear the neighbors above walking around which I didn’t love. Overall, great place for a short trip and the host was very helpful!

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

Such a beautiful place! My husband and I & our 2 children (5 & 3). Everything was perfect! So beautiful and so clean. Our kids had a blast at the pools and beach. Highly recommend and will be staying again in the future!

Really nice house !! Loved the location !

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was amazing!!! Our host was very friendly and responsive. Always had an answer to every question! With us being out of state we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. She gave us great recommendations on what to do around Destin. House is within walking distance to the beach. If you have a large group this place is just for you!!! We highly recommend staying with Zula Beach Vacation Homes!!!!!

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

Wesley was a great host he communicated daily the beach flags, which was great being northerners to know what was a good beach or pool day. The house was perfect and stocked with everything you need. The pool was great everyone enjoyed it. The activities in the garage were a great bonus. Would definitely stay at this house again.

This Airbnb was perfect for our anniversary trip! The house was spotless, the host was easy to reach if needed, and just a quick 10 min walk away from the beach. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

We had an amazing time here on our family vacation! The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect, a quick walk to the pool or beach! Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The patio was an excellent space for a bbq and we definitely used it every night for family dinner. The hosts are very kind and checked in to make sure we were having a great time! Would come back!

Second time staying in this property and once again it didn’t disappoint. Place is family friendly and easy access to the beach. The home is really spacious and Norberto always kept in touch to make sure everything was going good!

**A perfect getaway for families and travelers alike!** I cannot recommend Mikayla’s Airbnb enough! The pool and the entire place were absolutely perfect for my kiddos and me. Whether you're looking for a staycation or just a peaceful stopover, this spot is a hidden gem—I only wish I had known about it sooner, because I would have definitely used it as an escape. We stayed here en route to our next duty station, and as a spouse of a veteran, I truly appreciated Mikayla’s understanding of the stressfulness that comes with PCSing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, even when I needed to extend our stay by another day and a half. Her kindness and hospitality made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay!

Had an amazing girls’ getaway in 30A! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. The pools were pristine, and the beach access couldn’t have been better - just steps away! We felt completely at home, whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the balcony or winding down with a cozy movie night in the gorgeous living room. The whole place felt safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Already dreaming of our next trip back! The hosts were very nice and responsive also.

The unit was fantastic for our week at the beach. Bike rental was right across the main street and the beach right at the end of the road. Publix was nearby for anything we ran out of. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed a week and had a great time. The condo is very cozy and we slept well. It was quiet inside, we never heard much from outside or others around us. The pools are nice and the beach was a short walk. There were a lot of people there but it never felt overly crowded. I appreciated the security on site, I felt safe. The downstairs restaurant is also really good for a beer, fruity drinks and lunch! Amanda was very attentive and we felt the condo was well supplied. Appreciated the snack basket left for us! Thank you! We would stay again.

Joseph’s penthouse was absolutely stunning. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and her 30-year milestone, and this place made it so special. Joseph was incredibly kind and welcoming, even with a previous review on my account that didn’t reflect who we really are. He took a chance on us, and I’m truly grateful for that. He was quick to respond to all my questions and made the whole experience smooth and easy. This home was peaceful, well-organized, and full of thoughtful touches. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to spend a week! The high corner room over looking the pier was beautiful to wake up to every morning! I loved the fact you could show up on check in day put your keys in the condo and walk to whatever you needed! Susan was great kept in touch the entire time! Welcoming and comfortable space. Loved the high ceilings. Kitchen was well appointed. Used it for daily breakfast and a couple of dinners. Comfortable beds. Huge master bath. We used the bikes provided for daily ride to Seaside for coffee. We appreciated the beach equipment and certainly used the beach cart and umbrellas.

Great view and nice condo….. enjoyed our stay!
