CC’s By the Sea is a beautiful beach condo full of necessities making guests feel right at home. The decor is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to others. Panama City Beach was a lot of fun and we plan to return one day.

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

We loved the beach access this home provided for our stay. Nice patio that was perfect for our family of four and our dog to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is not dog friendly but we were able to take him on walks around the neighborhood across the street. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge plus and we loved hanging out in the family room together watching movies in the evenings. The kitchen had enough supplies for the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view/balcony is heavenly. We loved the walkability to the beach and Pier Park, you really don’t have to drive anywhere u less you want to. The beach chairs and umbrella rental that’s included made getting to and from the beach a piece of cake. It was the perfect trip and exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Property and condo were very well maintained with lots of attention to detail. Everything you could ask for to relax and unwind during our stay. Very grateful for a wonderful time.

We loved this place for our little family! Perfect for a family of four. It’s conveniently located to the beach across the street, not far from Seaside, Alys Beach, Santa Rosa, and Rosemary. Parking was great and always had a spot right by the condo.

We had a great stay! The condo was just what the pictures showed and described. The location was prefect, very easy walk to Pier Park. Host was very quick to answer any of my questions.

This is a great location in Miramar Beach. Private, fantastic beach and view from the condo, limited amount of people, relaxing. Walking to the grocery store and CVS was pleasant and convenient for us. There is a nice restaurant just a few minutes away we accessed from the beach instead from the street side. We grabbed refreshments during the day to enjoy at the breach. The condo complex is great, our condo had all we needed. One thing that I find a bit inconvenient is the check out requirement at 9am. Since the check in is quite late at 4pm, a 10am check out would be more reasonable and I am sure many quiets would appreciate that. A change of the couches covers and possibly adding some fresh new decorative pillows would also make a great difference since current ones looked a bit worn out. The place appeared clean and just a bit outdated for the price. Having said that, we liked it a lot and Jan is a great host! We definitely want to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Adrianna’s place. The area was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy with an elevator to the fourth floor. Beautiful views. We booked two chairs and an umbrella with 30A shade the day before our visit and didn’t have a problem or just bring your own chair and umbrella. The beach was so clear and beautiful. I didn’t want to leave!

We had an amazing time staying at Roxie’s Airbnb. Roxie was incredibly responsive host. The place was clean, well decorated and safe for our 2 toddlers. The apartment had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the ocean and had a variety of pools and jacuzzi. I would definitely go back to this place again and recommend it for anyone who wants to visit the area.
