Make yourself comfortable and enjoy plenty of space. The apartment is integrated into a typical Rhine-Hessian courtyard. You can look into the leafy courtyard and have plenty of space for bicycles or the like. Parking is not available, but you can find a way to park on the street. The studio has a sofa bed (1.45 wide) and a 1.20 m wide bed under the roof. However, you have to climb a steep space-saving staircase. Unfortunately, it cannot be completely darkened.

Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.
