Harry is a wonderful host, personable and responsive. The property was very well maintained and was in a corner away from the din. The neighborhood itself felt busy with trash cans on the streets for the entire time we were there, unruly drivers etc but it was quiet and peaceful after dark, so didn’t have a problem with this. Harry’s attention to detail and empathy for the guests were truly commendable. Wonderful host, A+ property- gladly recommend.

The walk jog trails were amazing. The whole neighborhood was beautiful. Great location to stores and highways.

This was my first time using an Airbnb. I felt my dog would be too loud for a hotel and not have anywhere to roam. When we first arrived to the house I took him outside and noticed the fence was broken. I attempted to use a broken screen door to block off the area. I messaged Grey Grace to informed her the fence was broken. She had someone within an hour fixing the fence. I informed her I wasn’t complaining just didn’t want her to assume it was me or not be aware of the fence. She responded so quickly to my messages EVEN before I booked with her. This was definitely a great experience and worked out for my family and I. I hope to stay there again!

Great place to stay while away from home. Easy and quick walk to campus

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Our group really liked the setting of Ly’s place not to far from town but far enough to not be bothered by the the noise.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a better Family oriented BnB on the entire website! You could easily fit two families of 4 in this phenomenal BnB in Katy! This is an u deniable “immediate book” for any prospecting families staying in the area…we used it as a stopover on a long haul roadtrip and to visit the nearby “Dig World” attraction mere miles away. Just book it already!!!

Francisca’s home was absolutely beautiful and felt right at home. Last minute we decided to extend our stay one more night just because the area and home was too nice for us to leave so soon. The Fulshear area is beyond beautiful and felt safe for my family. The local pool, kiddie parks, walkways, etc. was perfect for my little family to enjoy as well. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spotless home! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The space felt warm and inviting, with lovely touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. What really stood out was the host’s incredible responsiveness. Every time I had a question, they replied within seconds—literally! It made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend staying here—I’d definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Due to the ongoing renovation at our own home, we needed to look for a rental home in Katy for a few weeks and stumbled upon this property. The owners were great to communicate with and we liked them instantly. They were courteous and willing to accommodate our needs. The property is very homely, and has decent number of amenities specially if you are looking to stay with kids. The kitchen is well furnished and so are all the bedrooms. The owners were responsive to our requests as and when we needed assistance.

This is a very nice newly constructed home with excellent furnishings. The neighborhood is very peaceful and secure. If you are looking for an excellent, yet affordable accommodation just outside of Houston, this may be a good option.

Perfect for 3 adults for the weekend. Close by to the Katy shopping area and the residential developments of Chico and Jordan Ranches. Very roomy and clean, beds were comfortable, and we would definitely stay again!

Great location for our activities, and the home was well appointed. We had difficulty with the keypad, which required help from the owner, who responded immediately. I was quite disturbed when several text messages were sent, indicating that noise level was of concern. After contacting the owner about these unfounded messages, I was told that the messages were automated and they would make corrections to the system, which they did. For anyone looking for a nice place to stay, I would recommend this listing location.
