The Blue Cottage is located atop beautiful, historic Lookout Mountain. It comfortably accomodates 2 people. The cottage is within walking distance of the Lookout Mountain Flight Park (hang gliding), and within an easy 7-8 mile drive to Rock City, Point Park and Ruby Falls. Cloudland Canyon State Park is just down the road and offers wonderful hiking trails and waterfalls. Pets are allowed. Prior approval is required. A pet fee is charged. Nestled among 100-year-old pines and lush gardens atop Georgia's beloved Lookout Mountain is the newly remodeled Lookout Mountain Inn. This cottage is ideal for a romantic stay or an extended getaway. Fox View Cottage in Rising Fawn, GA is a stylish, new, custom-built home in a very unique setting. It is perched at the base of Lookout Mountain on an eleven-acre parcel that extends up the side of the mountain. From the enormous front porch, you have a commanding view of Fox Mountain which straddles the Alabama/Georgia state line. Gently rolling hills and manicured fields are framed by meandering fences. The views are stunning from the front as well as the rear of the home.
