Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

From the organic shop, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office....everything within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you are in 10 min. on the Rhine o.Badesee. You can get to the city or station by taking line 1 (2 min.) or line 7 (15 min.) for 14 minutes. Bus/train station Neckarau (7 minutes walk).

Our beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom Apartment (not a 5-star hotel) is located in a quiet residential area with village charm. 15 minutes' walk from the Rhine, the "Blaue Adria" recreational area is about 2 km away and is ideal to reach by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry goes every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5.30 am - 10 pm). In about 300 m distance there is a supermarket, bakery with cafe and an ice cream cafe.
