The house is located in Šumava region, 3 km from Nýrsko. It lies on the periphery of the village Hodousice, in a remote area by the woods and meadows. The house has max. capacity 27 people in 4 apartments with a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and 3 living rooms. It also has a lounge with fireplace with many tables and chairs for sitting together and children's corner. The house has a garden with terrace, barbecue and children's playground. The pets are not allowed.

The cottage is located in a natural, secure residential complex directly on the Neubäuer Lake and has its own parking space in front of the house. The Riedbach Lodge 1 is new and can accommodate 4 (5) people. There is the possibility to book a fully equipped small apartment for 2 people directly at the vacation home, when arriving as a group or large family!

Here you can enjoy and relax in the total tranquility of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity, various hikes can be made, such as Silver Lake or Cerchov. For children, there is also a vacation program 3 km away.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
