I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. I highly recommend staying at the place if you are in EG

Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

We had a great stay here for a getaway weekend - Fiona was super friendly, gave good recommendations for walks, pubs etc and left us to it. The guest house is a great size with everything you need and in perfect condition. Location was beautiful with great scenery and walks especially when the sun was out. Overall would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

My husband & I and our husky spent 3 night’s at Eden Cottage and really enjoyed our stay! Kevin & Debbie were super helpful before and during our stay, with clear info on getting there, facilities available, and local recommendations, and were really lovely people to chat with. Their 3 Labradors were adorable! The cottage was very comfortable and clean, with all we needed for a relaxing stay, a comfy bed, great shower and well equipped kitchen, with some welcome treats! It’s set in a lovely large garden, which we and our dog enjoyed spending time in. The pool was a fab bonus; clean, warm and with towels provided. Kevin’s book ‘Reckless’ is well worth a read! The cottage is a 3-min walk to the Spread Eagle pub, which does a fantastic Sunday roast, and 10 mins walk into Liss is Turtle Bean cafe, serving tasty lunches; both places are dog friendly, and there’s a lovely IPC church 5 mins walk away. All in all, a great weekend and we will definitely visit again! Thank you, Kevin & Debbie!

Beautiful property tucked away down a country lane within a short walking distance of the beach and a fabulous pub. A real hideaway and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. Immaculately clean and newly refurbished - it felt like a real treat to be staying there.

We stayed at Julia's while house hunting. Really enjoyed our stay, particularly the view from the lounge of the deer and assorted wildlife. The provision of a stocked fridge and a welcome cake were much appreciated.

Really personalized and individual space in a beautiful and serene setting. A great place to escape to. We had a wonderful time and were delighted to find a well stocked kitchen including fresh bread and a few other treats when we arrived. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Spotlessly clean cottage with everything we needed for our stay. What really stood out was the complete LACK of dog smell! Being that it’s dog friendly, I’m sure many dog owners out there have experienced the smell of other pets that linger… Clean and fresh throughout the cottage. A lovely treat of a pint of milk and some sweet and savoury snacks waiting for us in the kitchen was a very kind touch. Hot tub was wonderful. Extremely easy to use, and a very helpful demonstration from Daniel at check-in. Overall a fantastic stay within quiet peaceful surroundings in beautiful, clean accommodation. We had a fabulous stay in this spacious, comfortable and stylish home. Everything was exactly as described and more. Bread, butter, milk and wine, as well as an earlier arrrival time, was much appreciated. Very speedy responses from Geoff to any queries we had. Great house and host. Faldie Cottage was an absolute delight. It's beautifully furnished in a traditional but slightly eclectic style with antiques and interesting pieces of furniture and pictures, which made one feel right at home. The kitchen is modern and exceedingly well appointed and it was just a shame that we were not able to use the lovely, secluded patio that it exits onto because of the weather. Both bathrooms were very good and the shower room for the main bedroom (which is enormous with fantastic views) was brilliant. We were very sad to leave and would happily return there for a another holiday.

We had a lovely few days at the cottage while walking part of the South Downs Way. It was easy to walk to the station and also into town for restaurants (recommend La Campania). The cottage was very clean and comfortable with everything we could need. We would certainly stay again.

Picked for the location as attending an event at West Dean, really clean and comfortable for 5 adults, Lorraine kept in touch and ensured we had everything we needed, all bedrooms being en-suite made was an added bonus, would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here! The house was clean and comfortable, and as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and how there were so many lovely pubs, restaurants and shops in a walking distance to the house. Check in and out was incredibly easy and Zoe had amazing recommendations available. Highly recommend a stay here!

Michelles cottage is a delight. Lovely location, easy to visit Arundel, South Downs and surrounding villages. The cottage was easy to find, with a lovely farm coffee house close by. The cottage is well looked after and with the bonus of a very pretty garden and outside area to enjoy.

We had a very enjoyable week at the cottage. It is very spacious with a large garden area that was secure for the dog and easy off street parking. The location is ideal to explore the Sussex coast and south downs.
