During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

The room and bathroom were clean and I slept great! There were people above the room so I could hear voices but it didn't bother me. I was looking for a safe place to land while I hiked the coast and enjoyed Yachats and this place suited my needs! Fire pit outside was a lovely way to spend the evening. Jana was a kind, welcoming host.

Josh was an incredible host in this cute tiny home, it was the perfect size for my partner and I on our 2 day getaway to the coast. It was set in the front of a beautiful, quaint and friendly tiny house community. It’s so well taken care of outside the home and around the community. People are friendly and there are signs for everything guiding you around. The walk to the beach was absolutely perfect and we didn’t have to drive anywhere unless we wanted to go into town- which was worth the few minute drive in either direction. The house was clean, homey and just so perfect for our stay. This home had such personal touches with the choice of wood for items throughout, you can tell it was built with a lot of love!! The skylight window was a favorite feature and the deck was just perfect. We didn’t realize how much we needed a heated bathroom floor until staying here and we just felt super taken care of. This place is worth the stay! :-)

What a beautiful place inside and out. The listing was identical to the pictures. Beach access couldn’t be closer and you have an amazing view of the coastline. The place was immaculate and how so many amenities included that made our stay very homie and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. 5 stars, 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!

Debra was went above and beyond to make mine and my friends stay comfortable and peaceful. Just far enough away to be quiet but still have cell service. The surroundings are beautiful with a small pond nearby and wildlife sounds filling the fresh air. Definitely want to return one day!
