77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

We had such a relaxing and wonderful stay at Maureen’s Bach. Her home had everything we needed for our short stay, and the place was very clean. Thoughtful details like milk in the fridge, homemade shortbread and delicious coffee were much appreciated on our arrival after a long drive. Maureen also provided a detailed list of food options available in Riversdale, but we ended up using her bbq and well equipped kitchen for a lovely homemade dinner during our stay. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

I had a lovely stay in Middle Cottage. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful, well kept garden, with two donkeys Winston and Humphrey in the adjacent paddock. I booked a three week stay and enjoyed every night in the newly renovated old style country cottage. Margie and Dennis were friendly and made my stay memorable. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone coming to stay in the Hawkes Bay.

This was our second stay here and it is still a great place to stay. House is clean, tidy and comfortable. Central heating and fireplace kept the house warm and cosy. Grant and Beccy are great hosts. We had a fantastic stay in your beautiful home, Mary! Thank you :) It exceeded our expectations :) From the great information provided by Mary before we arrived, to the beautiful and homely cottage. Bigger than we thought! The linen was lovely and everything so clean, warm and cosy. Lots of little touches make it feel a real home from home. The outside areas are gorgeous - with even an outside shower for Summer! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property so that families like us can enjoy it when we visit. We love the location, private parking right out front, and that it's walkable to Ahuriri, the city centre, and easy to get to all the places we like to visit when in Hawkes Bay. I highly recommend Mary's beautiful home, especially if you like character homes like we do. We will be back!
