Welcome to our brand-new 2-bedroom cottage nestled on 15 acres, a tranquil retreat. Step onto the sunny deck, equipped with BBQ and outdoor bath. One bedroom has a luxurious queen bed and the other with a versatile super king, easily transformed into two king singles. The cozy lounge provides a sofa bed. Families are embraced, and we've equipped the cottage with essential amenities for babies. Unwind, and relish the modern comforts of this rural gem. We do occassionally get power cuts.

We have a host of animals to check out - friendly family dog, pony, donkeys, highland cow, rabbits and chickens. Relax and unwind in your air-conditioned room, by the pool or in the spa - the choice is yours. Close to Waitomo Caves, good stop off on way to Mt Ruapehu and 45 mins from Hamilton.

"Slice of Heaven" best describes our gorgeous self contained studio cottage. It has native timber windows and french doors with views that overlook the pool and garden area. This provides a relaxed setting in a quiet location within walking distance to central Hamilton, river walks, bike trails, Southern Cross, Braemar and Waikato Hospitals. Amazing views of rolling countryside, and Maungatautari mountain. 2 mins to Lake Karapiro 12 mins to Cambridge Hicks road house is on our family farm. The property is perfect for rowing groups, plently of room on the front lawn for tents. Please note, I have two cats that live on the property. If you're planning to bring your pet please message to discuss. Bedroom configuration is 1 super king, 1 king, 1 double and 1 king single with fold out mattress underneath.
