We are within close proximity to the Avantidrome , Lake Karapiro and Hamilton. Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves are within easy reach too.

Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep - trees, ferns and native birds are a feast for your eyes as you relax in your own private space. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave. It is clean and tidy with a great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre.

Modern studio guesthouse with en suite bathroom and shower. Located in Hayes Paddock, Hamilton East along the Waikato river. The studio is behind our family home. We are across the road from the river walks, bus stop and a few blocks from Hayes common cafe. Minutes by car to the gardens, hospital and city centre or walk along the river one way to the garden or the other to the CBD. A great base to explore Hamilton or the wider Waikato region!

Lots of parking and secure storage available.

Quiet friendly complex of residents. Double glazed windows and air conditioning. Blockout curtains in the bedroom. Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
