Beachfront holiday rentals in Wailua

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This condo was the PERFECT location, especially with kiddos. The huge lawn was so fun to play on, we could walk to two beaches including Poipu and the coffee shop across the street was soooo yummy, we went to the pool at the Athletic Club everyday which was so fun and convenient and it was great that both the pool and beach had towel rentals (free). We even got snorkel rentals right at the beach. The condo was equipped with an umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs which made for a really comfortable time.

When we return to Kauai, our trip will be based around when we can book C5, as we felt everything was amazing and perfect for our liking. Thank you Greg!!

Great spot to stay. Commutation was clear and we got excellent advice once we arrived on the local things to try out. It’s advertised as shared but you get all the privacy of having your own place. They have starwars chopsticks which light up like light sabers: totally lit up our dinners.

Cash’s place was great with an amazing view and easy walk to see a great sunset

Craig’s condo was the perfect place! Located in Princeville close to many restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. The condo offered great light and was spacious. Although it was just two of us (and our pup), the condo could comfortably accommodate a family or group. We would definitely recommend for a vacation in the Princeville/Hanalei area.

Great condo in a great resort! Waking up to the view in the backyard is all I have to say. Absolutely gorgeous. In addition to that, the condo itself was wonderful. Extremely spacious. The host was great, as well. I would definitely stay here again! Just a great experience overall.

Evans was an amazing host! He gave us plenty of local recommendations, and even lent us some of his own belongings to use for the beach! Very gracious and hospitable!

This place was amazing! I was floored by the view as soon as I walked in. The living space was perfect and super clean and comfy. The owners and staff were the absolute best! They were so helpful and flexible, they made my trip a breeze, and I so grateful for them. The location was great, a quick drive to just about anything you wanted to get to. I felt so lucky to have picked this place and would 100% stay again! Thank you!! 😁

WOW we loved this location so much!!! Right across the parking lot there are shops and an ABC market. Then RIGHT next door is Imua coffee which has the besttt coffee and gf df bfast item. Then the hotel next door has yoga every morning at 830am- drop-ins allowed for all!! This Airbnb has some units in the building operating as hotel, so it very much gave a hotel feel with spectacular grounds and clean everywhere. Would recommend for proximity to airport, and distance to north and South Island.

Our stay at Jon's condo was AMAZING!!!!!! The entire property is so beautiful and so well maintained. The amount of flowers are so beautiful! The condo is perfect from the minute you walk in! The view out the slider of the beautiful grass area that flows right on to the beach and ocean was spectacular!! There's absolutely everything you need in the condo and it is beautiful. We felt right at home the minute we walked in! In less than a 5 minute walk there's the Lava Lava Beach Club for dining and cocktails on the beach. They have live music in the evening which we really enjoyed. Also the Coconut Marketplace is just another few minutes past Lava Lava. There's restaurants and shops were great. Whatever you do you Must have a Shave Ice at JoJo's! The best! We would certainly stay there again and are looking forward to a return visit!! Mahalo Jon and Sabrina!!

We loved Shari’s place! The kitchen was great and fully stocked so we could cook as if we were at home. The beach chairs and umbrella were clutch and so easy to take with us to the beach. We loved the view and the patio.

Provided a clean picture with amazing view. Great communication. Had all the beach gear you could need for a great beach day (umbrella, towels, snorkeling gear, chairs, cooler, and more). Also, the hiking poles were amazing to have for those long hikes. AC unit in bedroom kept it nice and cold for a great night’s rest. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Airbnb on Kauai.

We loved our stay at Lisa and Emma's condo! Great view of the ocean, beautiful sunrises, loved eating out on the lanai, sitting on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The property is quiet and centrally located on the island, with easy access to the beach trail. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts sent great directions and suggestions prior to our check-in. The bed was very comfortable, which is always a gamble. Would love to stay again and would recommend to our friends!

Excellent location right on the oceanfront. Easy access to swimmable spot (walk several block down to public beach access or walk over some rocks/logs on the beach toward the more swimmable side). We also snorkeled right in front of the house but entry was a little tricker. House is older but clean. Tracey communicated well with any questions I had and to make sure all was well. Easily walkable to market, several good restaurants, etc. The house worked well for 4 adults and we would absolutely stay again if in the area! Thanks Tracey.

We loved staying here — it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. This being our first time in Kauai, the location felt perfect. It was centrally located and so close to great shops and restaurants. And I can’t say enough amazing things about Allison! She gave the best recommendations and was super accommodating and communicative. Thank you for helping make our Babymoon so amazing!

Beautiful and secluded location right on the water. The views are unmatched. The cottage is removed from the crowds around Hanalei which is great for privacy but will be a decent drive to most restaurants and stores. The cottage maximizes the views with large windows facing the water. Since there is not A/C in the cottage (as indicated in the listing), we'd recommend to future guests to try and arrive in the afternoon to get the fans going and open the windows so that you can sleep at a comfortable temperature. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Our stay in Kauai was nothing short of incredible. The unit was spacious and clean with breathtaking views. Lisa was everything we look for in a host - kind, responsive, helpful and accommodating! We can’t thank her enough for making our trip extra special. We hope to come back again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place. It was accurately described and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful, the pools were very nice,we especially enjoyed the 3 large hot tubs. It was so peaceful. The condo itself was quiet, clean, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan, dish and appliance we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

A friend and I had a couple days to visit Kauai and found Vicki’s place available. It is perfectly located at the beach, behind the Coconut Marketplace, walkable to Kapa’a and its other shops. We had a great time and would return to Vicki’s place again if the opportunity arises.

We loved our two weeks at the Lae Nani. The view from the patio is even more beautiful than the pictures. We also enjoyed walk along ocean to shopping area. Many nights we brought takeout back to the condo so we could have a glass of wine and enjoy the ocean view as sun went down.

Very nice, quiet location, close to everything, yet private. Well-equipped unit with everything, including beach and snorkeling gear. Very responsive hosts providing ample instructions, we haven't had any extra questions, everything was clearly explained. Will definitely come again recommend to friends.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The location could not have been more perfect and I especially appreciated the free parking since I had a rental car. The ocean view was something I did not expect, but am now so grateful for… absolutely stunning and such a treat. I was traveling alone so it was the perfect size for me. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood right on the beach. Thank you!!!

We loved our stay. The view was outstanding. The gardens around the complex are gorgeous!! The condo was just perfect for us. Nothing better than enjoying the view from the lanai.
