The cottage is a large 2000+ sqft space with 4 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, large open concept kitchen, and a game area with a Ping Pong table. Outdoors you will find a wooden deck with barbeque, dining and lounge sets, as well as fire pit with surrounding chairs for perfect nighttime bonfire. You can park 6 cars in the driveway.

As you pull into the driveway this 1885 Victorian towers above you, your mouth drops in awe of the size. Up the porch to enter a small front door, a dimly lit winding staircase creaks as you ascend to 3rd floor. Original architecture painted many times over oozes with history. 70 years ago the house was turned into apartments, unloved for many of those years, time has definately taken its tole, yet to the spirits within, their big old house still stands proud and distinguished in all its glory.

Our family had a great stay at Romuald and Marta's for a week at the end of the summer. They have a beautiful, spacious home that is even nicer than the photos. The location is also wonderful, a nice wooded neighbourhood and a very short walk across the road to a beach shared with other local neighbours. At the beach they have a great set-up with umbrellas, beach chairs, kayaks, and a paddleboard. We also used the volleyball court that is there. Everyone in the area seemed quite friendly. Lots of space for everyone, stunning washrooms, nice spacious kitchen, outdoor dining, firepit. Can't think of anything that was missing. Awesome place, would definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying at Jessica’s place, it felt like we were cocooning in a treehouse. The location was so close to beautiful Georgian Bay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we enjoyed the interior fireplace and exterior fire pit. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Had a wonderful time with partner and my dog. Truly a hidden gem and what we were looking for. Lots of nearby trails (great recommendations from Michelle) that we took our dog to. Great getaway from the city while enjoying all the comforts of living at home. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

Neal and Eleni are great host, they had even plan snacks and surprises for the kids. The place is well located and close to the beach. The kitchen and house in generals is very well equipped and the backyard is fantastic to have a nice family gathering. I would recommend Neal and Eleni place to everyone

Cozy beach house on Georgian Bay

This was our second stay here and we loved it as much as the first time. Amenities are awesome, and between the beach and the pool, there is always somewhere to be. Kelly and Jody are both proactive with issues and are extremely friendly. Overall we would continue to recommend this cottage for any small families (with or without dogs).
