Holiday rentals with breakfast in Wadden Sea

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

Ons verblijf was een prettig verblijf. We waren met 4 volwassenen. Ideaal omdat er 2 woonlagen waren met 2 badkamers enz. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Koffie, thee, spa in de koelkast Enz. Prettige bedden. Zeer nette badkamers. En dan het ontbijt. We kunnen er maar één ding van zeggen. Hier kunnen de meeste hotels wat van leren . Gewoon veel vers en lekker. Kortom een hele dikke aanrader wat ons betreft. Wellicht komen we er nog een keer

Een heerlijk huisje in een onverwachte groene oase. Erg privé met mooie buitenruimte. De sauna is een heerlijke extra. Erg lief dat er een ontbijt in de koelkast staat! En heel fijn dat we de fietsen mogen gebruiken. Goede uitvalsbasis voor musea, strand en omgeving. We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad!

Joost et sa femme sont particulièrement accueillants. Leur côté chaleureux a contribué à rendre notre séjour familier et sympathique. Literie excellente. Propreté parfaite. Le petit déjeuner apporté chaque matin avec le sourire était confectionné avec soin, bon et copieux. Ce moment était l'occasion de discuter un peu avec de couple ouvert et bienveillant. L'appartement, facile à trouver - est extrêmement agréable, bien meublé, accessible et dans un cadre verdoyant et paisible. Le tram qui nous mène en centre ville et dans le quartier des Musées est à 3 minutes à pied et les trams très fréquents. Nous n'avons pas regretté du tout de ne pas être en centre ville Tout a été positif. Nous recommandons sans réserve l'appartement de Joost et sa femme

Alles top! Groningen ist toll! Kitty und Erik waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank!

Perfect verblijf gehad bij Jessie en Johan. Communicatie vooraf was duidelijk en vriendelijk en de woning was precies zoals beschreven en we voelden ons er direct thuis. Huiselijk, passend in de stijl van Volendam en heerlijk rustig. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en alles was aanwezig. Absoluut een aanrader dus voor een verblijf in Volendam.

Overall a lovely stay in a very well located place. Kitchen was clean and had a large dishwasher which was helpful with children in tow. Full bath was lovely. Caretaker was friendly and a pleasure to work with. A really cool guy who furnished the place with personal, artistic touches. Groningen was so easy to explore on a rental bakfiets. Grocery, restaurants, parks and cultural places minutes from the apartment. Wish we had access to the washer/dryer given we were traveling with children. Bath was not operational due to a leak needing investigation through no fault of the caretakers doing, but would have made bathing children easier. Overall would highly recommend. Edwin was so friendly and oriented us during our check in. Groningen beats the bustle of the Randstad any day!

What a great place, to stay at. I would recommend it to anybody visiting the area. Also the home is very pleasant to stay, very clean, lovely views from th living room, over the pond and the fields. Very quiet location for sleeping. The breakfast is very complete with fresly baked breads and croissants. And Cathie was so kind to let us pet her horses and goats. Thank you for a very nice stay, Cathie!

Gezellig, ruim huis met sauna en jacuzzi. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en rustig gelegen. Er is ook veel ruimte om buiten te zitten.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

Malo and Maarten were excellent hosts who met us on arrival and showed us around their very well-appointed and well-stocked home. Their place has everything you could possibly need or even think about needing such that we didn't even need to contact them for anything during our stay. The personal touches made it even better. We felt right at home in their beautifully designed home and were able to access the entire city easily from this location. We definitely recommend Blueprint B&B 100%!

Wat een fijne plek! We hebben ontzettend genoten van onze overnachting bij Ans en Anton. Hun B&B was de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de bruiloft waar we naartoe gingen. En hoe lief: toen het met bakken uit de hemel kwam, bracht Anton ons zelfs even met de auto! De volgende ochtend werden we verwend met een heerlijk ontbijtje. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dank jullie wel voor de warme gastvrijheid! 🏠

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

Beeindruckendes Gebäude, gemütliches Bett, viele schöne uralte Details. Die Lage ist spitze, einmal über die wenig befahrene Straße und man ist in der wunderschönen Innenstadt. Annelies hat uns begrüßt, uns den Parkplatz und das Haus erklärt. Sie hat uns den Kühlschrank vorher voll gemacht, dass wir frühstücken konnten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder! Danke Annelies!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine bezaubernde Unterkunft, genau so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Zum Strand und den Geschäften ist es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück ist ein Traum! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Annette, Peter und Bosse. Eine durchschnittliche Bewertung von 4,99 spricht ja für sich und bis auf 0,01 hatten alles Recht: eine zauberhafte Unterkunft mit 1001 schönen Details, liebevolle, sympathische und interessante GastgeberInnen, ein traumhafter Garten, in dem die Zwerghühnchen beim 5-Sterne-Frühstück über den Rasen zuckeln: wenn ihr hier bucht, werdet ihr glücklicher nach Hause fahren als ihr angekommen seid. Vielen Dank nochmal, es war großartig.

Wij hebben wederom fantastische dagen gehad; we mochten voor n 2e keer hier verblijven, nu in een ander seizoen. De accommodatie is zeer sfeervol en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt (en nog veel meer) voor een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf in een werkelijk prachtige omgeving, waar veel te doen en te zien is. Hele leuke eigenaren en daarbij is Bertina in alle opzichten een absolute top host. Ook haar verse, gezonde en gevarieerde ontbijt is eigenlijk niet te overtreffen. T Veldhoentje krijgt van ons een dikke 10! We komen graag weer een keer terug.

Wir haben eine Nacht in Inas Shelter verbracht und was sollen wir sagen: Es war einfach wundervoll! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Ina ist eine herzliche und offene Gastgeberin. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und der Shelter total gemütlich. Besonders schön war, dass wir direkt vor unserer Hütte ein kleines Lagerfeuer machen konnten, was uns einen unvergesslichen Abend unter freiem Himmel beschert hat. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir das Frühstück dazugebucht, was ebenfalls fantastisch war. Joghurt mit Nüssen und Himbeeren, Croissant, Obstsalat, Omelette und was das Herz noch begehren könnte war dabei. Der Aufenthalt war für uns ein echtes Erlebnis, das wir noch lange in Erinnerung behalten werden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Inas Shelter von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Irmi is a fantastic host and a great person. My room was exactly as per the photos and description. Irmi sent across useful information about transport in the area, and was always quick to reply to messages. Nice 20 minute walk to the local train station, with bus option also available from near the house to the station. Amsterdam centre only 20 minutes by train from there. Overall would highly recommend, thanks again for having me stay Irmi and for the lovely breakfasts!

Mark is an exceptional host and a great person. The house was like walking into design/art fairytale and it was maintained so incredibly well. Everything was so well-maintained, carefully curated and well-placed. Truly a beautiful experience to stay there.
