Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Wadden Sea

Elly and Simon's place was perfect for our 4 night stay. So nice to have a private little outside sitting area looking over the fields. Having the bikes was marvelous, we cycled to the beach through the forest (get Elly to give you directions) and stopped in the local towns for cafes, a fabulous lady day of the Keukenhof season, just a few minutes away by bike. We cycled along the peaceful, safe canal path to the Hillegom station to go to Haarlem for the day (and the train goes on to Amsterdam from there too). The bed was comfy, the shower was warm and clean and the wifi and TV worked fine. We used the aircon as is did get warm up in the loft bedspace but that was fine too, very quiet. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful. All in all it was a very well equipped and well located space with lovely hosts.

We felt very comfortable. Rainaldo is a very nice host, was available at any time and was able to help us in minutes. Very nice, quiet and clean apartment overlooking the North Sea. This certainly wasn't our last stay there:)

We, Hennie, the dogs and I had a wonderful Ascension weekend at the sheepfold. The sheepfold is surrounded by lots of greenery and animals, and there is a seat by the pond, a wonderful place to relax. The sheepfold is a cozy cottage and equipped with all comforts. We were very surprised by a well-stocked fridge with lots of fresh fruit, tasty cheese and even a glass of wine. The WiFi works perfectly. Our four-legged friends were very welcome and enjoyed all the greenery and animals. Anthonie provided a warm welcome and we can look back on a few fantastic days. Thank you.

In a beautiful location is the house of Dirk-Jan, a very friendly host. You feel immediately welcome and he also provides a nice breakfast with a toast during breakfast as a highlight :) From the house you can walk to Volendam, which we thought was ideal.

A magical place that took us to a different era. Extremely peaceful surroundings for relaxation and peace. Hosts are very kind and welcoming. We'll be back and highly recommend this property 👍😀

It was a wonderful getaway. The location is very idyllic with the small stream by the garden. You can relax wonderfully. The garden is fully enclosed, which is really great for the dog. The house is totally cozy and you feel right at home.

We really liked staying at the boerderij! Perfect for a rest in nature and visit the surrounding.

This stay was absolutely amazing! Everything was beautifully prepared – clean, tidy, and pleasantly fragrant. Both the host and hostess were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming people who made us feel right at home. The breakfast was more than sufficient and absolutely delicious – a lovely way to start each day. Although the parking isn’t directly in front of the apartment, it’s conveniently located just around the corner and easy to access. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and hospitable accommodation. We would love to come back!

Tanja runs her accommodation with a lot of love. Everything was sparkling clean and the house is easy to reach by car. Tanja personally welcomed us and gave us all the important information and recommendations for Rive - very pleasant. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

It is a special place that is run with a lot of love, in the middle of nature where Fuchs and Has' say good night. We slept in the lower room. The breakfast in Saskia's kitchen /living room was prepared with a lot of love,even freshly squeezed orange juice ❤️The rooms are exceptional and special. I spent a night in transit with Herma and her husband. The property is very well maintained and is located in the middle of a forest surrounded by nature. The breakfast was prepared with a lot of heart and Herma is a very friendly hostess. The "schoolhouse" on the property, which has been freshly renovated and is suitable for groups/families, is also highly recommended. I'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful house of Jochen & Hauke in Welt. The location was great and thanks to the many tips of the two, we were able to make great use of every day - thank you!

From start finish all instructions were very helpful. From Airport to Apartment. Loved the apartment was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. Tram stop was 2 mins walking distant which took you into Amsterdam which we found very handy. If ever coming back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay with Wendy and Peter. The children had a lot of fun with the other children and animals. Eating pizza together, baking cookies and many other activities gave us a great time. I had the most lovely stay at Ina’s hut. If you’re in doubt of booking this, do not hesitate!! Lovely location close to the ocean and energising to become one with nature. Ina is the sweetest lady and an awesome cook too. I definitely hope to return to this little paradise💚

We had a very pleasant few days at Astrid's place, she is a very kind, helpful and attentive host. It was as if we were just visiting a long seen loving relative.

Sven’s place was well located and very clean. It had the best bed of our trip. We rented bicycles nearby and easily explored the East side of Fohr. Such a beautiful island. Sven was readily available when we had questions, and his breakfast (optional) was intimate and delicious. I recommend staying here.

The studio was really nice and cozy and the location was very pleasant. By using the bikes it was very convenient to go into the city center of Amsterdam. I can recommend the studio and would always book it again.

The interior design was tasteful and elegant, with so much attention to detail throughout the house and room — it truly felt special. Located in the heart of nature, it offered the perfect mix of comfort and peace. The apartment was fully equipped — a complete kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. There was an optional paid service for meal preparation and snacks, plus a generous complimentary breakfast. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor seating in the backyard garden — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Knowing I had to leave early due to travel plans, they kindly woke up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast for me and pack it to-go. That level of care truly stood out. Highly recommended — I’d absolutely love to return!

Very nice place. Two minutes walk to a sandy beach where we could swim in shallow water in the morning but still do our laps. Enjoy the noisy frog communication in the evening. It was nice that there were good wine and champagne glasses in addition to the coffee and tea. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday with a delicious breakfast at the end. Thank you thank you!

Sabine and her husband are super nice! We felt right at home! I can only recommend the accommodation to everyone :) I was there with a friend for her bachelorette party, since she is not a party animal, it was perfect there.
