Our charming and rustic guest apartment is built into half of our 8 stable horse barn on our 5 acre farm. If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Vero Beach, our guest suite is perfect. Built in 2015, it has one queen bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living area, kitchenette, a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy the farm, such as our fish pond, small chicken range, miniature silky fainting goats and horse Mr T. We are in the country, but close the beaches and Dodgertown.

Cozy home near Indian River - Sebastian

Communications on this rental were with Sara, one of the land lords, I think. She was always quick to respond. Other than a minor shower issue, all went very well. The shower issue will be resolved soon, with Sara considerately enough suggesting it be address after our stay so we would not be inconvenienced. The house is clean, well decorated, roomy, and comfortable. The Florida room was lovely, although this rental taking place in summertime, we did not use it except for early mornings. Plenty of paper products, laundry and dish soap, towels, etc. I recommend it!

Everything matched the description. The pool was so nice to have during the hot Florida afternoons. The ability to park the car in the garage was a nice bonus. The cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella was very convenient. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. Plenty of towels and other linens. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher were nice to have. Home was very clean and a short drive to the beach.

This cute place was perfect for our needs: 2 people for 2 nights needing a place to sleep within walking distance from restaurants. We appreciated the modern appliances, comfy bed, beach towels, easy check-in, and Brian’s responsiveness. And the ceiling TV is a clever use of space! The unit is right next door to another one, and there’s no couch to relax on, but neither of those factors was a big deal to us. The location is great. Thank you, Brian!
