We had a great 4N stay at this villa. The location is calm and peaceful surrounded by coffee plantations. All the amenities and services were as described. Worth mentioning - the caretakers were super friendly and helpful. We had a great friendly relation with the them. They also arranged a bonfire just for us which exceeded all our expectations and elevated our experience. Thank You

Travelled to Edriz with a group of friends. Friendly and sweet staff, they ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Amidst the nature, it's a beautiful space with a lot of creativity at every corner of the property. They also have swimming pool to chill and relax. Best place to pull an all nighter and party with a big group! Also, shoutout to the Cook who spoilt us with food that was finger licking good!

The place is absolutely beautiful. There are so many elements in the property like multiple seating areas, ponds, barbecue place, that add to the experience. We stayed here with our 4 doggos and they had a lot of space to run and play around in the property. They had the best time! The help and her daughter who maintain the property are very sweet and ensured the rooms and kitchen were clean and they really did a great job. Regional breakfast like idli, appam and all was provided and it was good. They only speak Malyalam but we could still manage to understand some bits :D. The host is very proactive and responsive. She made sure we had everything that we needed. Will visit again ❤️

I stayed here for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience! The host Mr Ben was extremely helpful and treated us like family, making us feel so cared for, also surroundings were very peaceful, perfect for relaxing….everything was clean, calm, and pleasant….I highly recommend this place✨🤝

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

I recently stayed at Chinar Villa in Wayanad, and it was an absolute delight! The villa is beautifully designed and offers a spectacular view of the Banasura hills. Jiyo, our host, was incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring our stay was pleasant and stress-free. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Banasura Sagar Dam. Hosted a batchelors event with my friends in the property. it was an awesome experience.Clean and big pool.Champakka tree with lots champakka.Asif arranged live barbeque at night and breakfast on our request. One of best stay near Wayanad Kerala. The host are very helpful and kind. Room and washrooms are super clean . View from the property was one of the bless to have it on morning. Swimming pool was clean. Overall one of the best stay ever had.

I’m writing this a bit late since we returned last weekend, but I wanted to take the time to share our experience properly. My family travels to Bangalore every year and usually visits nearby destinations. With an age group ranging from 5 to 75, our annual trip needs to be just right—and this time, it truly was! Regal Retreat was one of the most beautiful places we've stayed at. The staff were incredibly helpful—special thanks to Ajay and the lovely ladies who made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect, and what stood out most was that the place looked exactly like the photos—no surprises, just pure charm and comfort. Thank you so much, Regal Retreat, for making our holiday so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had booked this place for a family trip and had an amazing stay. Pros: 1. Beautiful, spacious and well maintained property. the rooms, pool and surroundings were clean. 2. all the listed facilities were available. 3. the property was easy to find. 4. the surroundings are calm and green. 5. eateries and groceries easily available, food delivery by restaurants was also available. 6. Caretaker is available 24x7 and is super helpful, but only speaks malyalam which could be an issue for some. We took google translators help. 7. spacious car parking area, can fit 2 cars. Improvements: 1. There were a lot of Black ants (can't help given the location plus they're harmless, so not a big issue) so had to keep all the food items protected and out of their reach at all times. 2. there were a lot of ants under the mattress in one of the bedrooms but the caretaker cleared it as soon as we informed him about it. 3. some chairs in the balcony and outdoor seating would've been great.

Me and my family had a very good time at this property. It's surrounded by lots of plants and is located amidst nature. Tea plantation is walkable distance. There are many flowering plants and trees in the property.... We had fresh paneer fruits from the tree.... We also got banana leaf to have food... Caretaker samad is a very good person... He took us around to get some jackfruits and mangoes from the tree. We also enjoyed campfire and pool area. The view from pool area is amazing. There is basic utensils like cooker pan tawa bowls cups in the kitchen We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed jackfruit hunting the most! Thanks to samad.

The caretaker was amazing. Pool is clean and good. The forest nearby was such a vibe.

Two very pretty little cottages by the river side, with gorgeous views of the river from the balcony and a private access to the river. The cottages had all the amenities one needs including a Jacuzzi and a large screen TV. Sanjeev was very responsive yet respected our privacy. Food was homely and very very yum!
