perfect accommodation for a week-long seaside stay. 1 adult bedroom, 1 for children and 1 sofa bed. Beautiful view from the 21st floor. Very well managed underground parking. 1 shopping center right next door for food needs. Perfect. The accommodation was clean when I arrived, which is appreciable.

Great place. We didn’t stay in this apartment because the host upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. The apartment we did stay in had a very comfortable and soft bed and the apartment building was great. The rooftop pool and gym is the highlight. The apartment is close to many shops, the mall, and good restaurants. We had some issues with cleanliness after checking in, but the host was friendly and worked to get it resolved. Unfortunately, we decided to end our trip early because I got sick from mold growing in the apartment. Hopefully the host can get that resolved soon. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

everything is very good, the direction of the room is quite cool, not afraid of the sun but still enough in case of need to dry clothes. The hair dryer of the room is damaged, then the host immediately bought extras, everything you need is almost supported very enthusiastically.

Sofia's apartments are all on the higher floors. From her balcony you can see all the tourist things people come for. The Golden Buddha, the Jesus, beaches and the light house. She has a large refrigerator most of the apartments don't, a microwave, rice cooker, real coffee mugs, wine glasses plus. Her extra effort shows.

Everything was very fine at a good price. I feel quite comfortable and everything is almost clean and tidy. Ms Hien is very nice to support. Will be back to her house sometime. Tks

Huynh Thi’s place is great. It has 3 bedrooms, a full service kitchen, living room and a sea view balcony- which is wonderful for morning coffee. The host was one of the best I’ve ever had. She took care of any issue immediately and responded within a minute or two. There is a Lotteria on the corner where you can buy anything you need. Great job on a comfortable stay!

It's comfortable. There are few elevators and they are slow, so you may have to wait a long time. There was a problem with the facilities, but the host resolved it immediately.

Lovely place, conditions, location. The hostess is very hospitable, friendly. I helped with a variety of issues. Everything went well at check-in. We traveled with a cat and she did not refuse to check in with the animal. Thank you so much for! The house itself had a swimming pool, gym, sauna, barbecue. We had everything for ourselves. A supermarket , the sea and various cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. We are very grateful that we were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for 6 months. Everything was great! The pool was spacious and the garden smelled like flowers, but the cleanliness wasn't very good, so I told the host for the purpose of a refund, and he moved it to a better place at no extra charge. If I sent a message from the host in the morning or late at night, they responded almost immediately, and I was in Vung Tau, and I was very helpful when I had a problem. When I plan my next trip, I won't judge by photos or reviews, but I'll just choose one of the listings managed by this host. It was really trustworthy, and I'm so grateful that the last day in Ho Chi Minh went so neatly to help me book Ben. I think you should trust people rather than the photos. I sent a message and usually responded within a minute, and the latest response was about 5 minutes. It's automatic translation, so it's convenient even if you can't speak Vietnamese or English. What a fantastic place!! Literally the back door opens to the beach and the neighborhood is so peaceful. The actual house was clean and comfortable, and the host made the check in process smooth for us. Especially considering we arrived at night on motorcycles, it was great to have a responsive host. I would recommend this stay. Great spot!
