Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vukovar-Srijem County

Nikolina propose un logement très agréable, au calme, mais au cœur de la ville. On y est en quelques minutes. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis le logement, y compris aller jusqu'à l’hôpital ou au château d'eau ; et il y a un espace pour garer la voiture, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité, que je conseille aussi. La maison propose 5 chambres (prenez les 1 et 2 ou la 4 si vous préférez côté jardin ; 3 et 5 sur la rue). La chambre est propre, nette, confortable. J'étais dans la chambre 5 qui donnait sur la rue : je n'ai pas entendu de bruit pendant la nuit, c’était très calme et j'ai pu laisser la fenêtre ouverte car il faisait chaud. La grande salle à manger permet de se mettre au calme pour un café ou un thé, quelle que soit l'heure, et est très agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Les échanges avec Nikolina ont été faciles et simples, par écrit comme par téléphone.

Very cosy house, small double bed, do have another bed in same room. Optional 2 sleeper couches available. House comfortable for 2 adults and children, not 4 adults. Did not see host at all, his parents checked us in very nice people.

Wir haben das Haus Lena im August diesen Jahres gebucht. Die Vermieter sind absolit zuvorkommend, super nett und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar gewesen! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und alles vorhanden wie beschrieben! Als Begrüßung gab es für uns Erwachsene einen selbstgebrannten Schnaps des Vaters und für die Kids waren Säfte u Knabbereien, sowie ein riesen Obstteller vorbereitet! Auf Nachfrage, was man denn in der Umgebung alles so erkunden kann, kamen zahlreiche Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants! Das einzige was von der Beschreibung her nicht so ganz gepasst hat, war der Strandzugang. Die Donai war schon einige 100 Meter entfernt, was uns aber nicht störte! Wer die Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Nach aller Skepsis die wir am Anfang hegten, da Josip erst seit 2024 auf Airbnb zu finden ist, wurden wir umso mehr überrascht! Vedran’s stay was truly incredible. I was nervous reserving an AirBNB in Europe for the first time, but Vedran made everything extremely easy and was very communicative throughout the process. The stay was amazing. Super peaceful with beautiful sunsets. Plenty of space for us and our dogs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. Plenty of refrigerator space to go shopping for groceries so you’re not reliant on restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I would 100% stay here again if I find myself in Croatia in the future!

Very nice hospitality. Anica react in very short time for anything. The housekeeper is very nice and cooperative and helped immediately with everything I needed. the house is normal house for this area. very friendly for pets. the back yard is not closed! so it's impossible to let the dogs run there. The village itself looks like the other villages in this area,

Worth ever penny. Domagoj kao domacin stvarno iznad svih ocekivanja, i teta sto nas je primila- nemam rijeci. Jedno iznimno visoko pozitivno iskustvo. Sve doslovno kao na slikama! S domacinom se apsolutnk sve moze dogovoriti. Ogroman plus su ugradjeni zvucnici i sterio/bluetooth sustav, znaci ne morate svoje zvucnike nositi! U frizu smo i leda cak imali! Bazen jako cist i uredan. Lokacija 10/10 - mir, tisina, nikoga okolo Kuce, nemorate na glasnocu paziti😀 Vidimo se zasigurno opet! :) HVALA

Milan is a special host, he puts in his house not only what the visitors need but his whole heart. The house in big, perfectly furnitured, super clean and full of soul. Vukovar is actually more or less 15 minutes driving from the house, but the little village where Milan wait for you is cute and the road to Vukovar is interesting as well. We were 8, 5 adults and 3 kids, all of us loved the place and Milan, who also drove us to a local good restaurant. We will come back, Milan: sure.

Naš boravak kod Milene bio je izvanredan! Stan je bio besprijekorno čist, udoban i savršeno opremljen. Milena je bila izuzetno ljubazna i uvijek na raspolaganju za bilo kakva pitanja. Lokacija je bila idealna - mirna, ali dovoljno blizu svih važnih sadržaja. Preporučujemo ovo mjesto svima koji traže ugodan smještaj. Ocjena: 5/5

We had a very pleasant stay at Danijela’s place. It was 4 of us and a dog and there was plenty of space for all of us. The place is nicely furnished and there was everything which we needed during our stay. The house has a beautiful garden. Danijela was quick to respond our queries, she was friendly and gave us local information about Vukovar. We had a great time at Danijela’s place and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Marinela is a great host, and a wonderful person. The hygiene in the apartment is impeccable. You can enjoy one of the best locations in the city of Vukovar. An honest recommendation from a well travelled guest.

Nice apartment with a beautiful garden, perfect for a family visit. Beds are clean, comfortable, and pleasant to sleep in. Željko was very kind and responsive, and he even prepared the apartment by pulling out the bed in the living room, since there were five of us (three adults and two children). The apartment comes with private parking space inside the courtyard. As indicated in the description, the property is not close to the city center, but if you're with a car and plan to drive around the area anyway, it will be a perfect base for your travel.

Sve je proteklo u najboljem redu. Smestaj je cist i na dobroj lokaciji.

Die Wohnung ist in einem ziemlich neuen Mehrfamilienhaus, dennoch sehr ruhig . Ivana hat die Wohnung wirklich modern und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, wir haben uns ab Sekunde eins, wie zuhause gefühlt !! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Ivana hat so ziemlich an alles gedacht um es den Gästen so schön wie möglich zu machen . Sie ist immer erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen. Ich werde bei der nächste Reise nach Vinkovci wieder diese Wohnung nehmen !! Wir waren sehr zu frieden und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Very nice and big apartment on a walking distance to main street. There are shops and restaurants just next to the building. Communication with host was very easy. They have welcomed us at 11 pm and gave us a lot of info. There was some noise from the neighbors but is was just until midnight. We really appreciated the fruits, snacks and drinks which were left in the apartment. Thank you for letting us in your home :)
