From the terrace you have a nice view of the sea, the historic town of Nin and other places. You have a long stretch of beaches with diverse and enchanting coves where the sea is beautiful and clean. The newly renovated house is placed on the picturesque north side of the village Vrsi with the beach only 8 minutes away by foot or 2 minutes by car - Uvala Duboka Draga. There is also similar beach Kukinca and a sand beach that it is great for kids and families, both 5-minute drive away. Along with regular one by the coast in other part of the village - Vrsi Mulo, with bars and restaurants on the waterfront. House is ideal for families or groups of friends.

A magnificent, impressive and beautiful villa that is superbly equipped. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy a wonderful week and would come back at any time. The hosts were very friendly and surprised us with numerous things on arrival (fruit, drinks, sweets). We can only say thank you for this paradise.

Villa Ana with heated pool

We had a great week in Andrej's beautiful house. The house is super equipped and we lacked nothing. Check-in was straightforward and messages were always answered quickly. Unfortunately, we had the personal bad luck that construction work was carried out almost around the clock at the neighboring house. The beautiful terrace and the pool could be used, but conversations were hardly possible due to the construction noise. That was of course very annoying, but of course no one can do anything about it. That was just unlucky. We would still recommend Andrej's house at any time.

Nice, comfortable accommodation for a large family. Air conditioning, TV, kitchen appliances - everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sociable hostess who helps to get used to a new place. It is a two-minute walk to the sea.

An unforgettable short trip with 8 people! We stayed in Martina's AirBnB for hiking in this area and had a really comfortable and worry-free time - there was nothing missing. Lots of luxury and an extremely friendly hostess, who responded to all our wishes, welcomed us in her particularly hospitable way. There was always easy and direct communication with the host, even if there were a few special requests. We are grateful for these moments of eating together on the beautiful terrace, sweating in the sauna, or being able to enjoy a relaxing TV or billiard evening. 5 stars for the accommodation in this dream location as well as 5 stars for Martina - our AirBnB heroine 🌄
