Spacious and clean apartment! And Jasmina was absolutely amazing. She was flexible and helpful, and she even allowed my friends to store their bags for the day. Great experience!

Ivana is very kind and flexible, the apartment is clean and comfortable with a balcony, there are many places to pack, family friendly, good parking possibility, not too big but always sunny pool very useful for children, etc.

Perfect for people who seek calm and friendly environment. If we visit Zadar one more time we would choose to stay with Zlata again.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. Such warm and friendly people are not often found. The place was perfect for me. You can start quietly in the morning overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also be driven very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 min by walk. There are also great restaurants and a beach not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely return here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the children and as others have written Zoran and his lovely family were kind and attentive without being intrusive, thank you for your kind gestures like fruit, delicious pancakes and the gifts given to the children on leaving. We cannot recommend highly enough.

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

Great location, beach is 1 min away, beautiful big terrace, quiet with an amazing view. For this pre-season period this choice was excellent. Marija is a great host, she was very responsive and catered our every need. Beds were comfortable, we had good choice of appliances (microwave, water heating kettle, oven, gas and electricity stove) and there is a big fridge. Parking is big and accessible. Wi-fi works ok.

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

It was a wonderful stay. Our friend soup had a great time cooking outside, chilling in the pool, jogging to the place, shopping right next door, easy communication with the host and super comfy beds. All around just great, we would come any time!

We had a really nice and relaxing holiday. The house, the pool, the play and sports facilities in the house were great. Above all, the walking beach was fantastic. We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

I am returning home very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. Martina was extremely helpful with questions about the area and places of interest, plus providing us with an iron ! A beautiful propery, as described with a lovely garden. So peaceful and close to the beach.
