Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vresse-sur-Semois

We had a very good weekend in Juliette's charming house. Everything is done to make you feel "at home", many little extras are graciously provided such as logs of wood to make a fire, coffee, sugar, there are toys and books for children, deckchairs, etc... the setting is quiet and rural, the garden and terrace are great, this old house with its beautiful history has been tastefully renovated. Communication with Juliette went very well, this host is very nice and available, as are the caretakers of the house who live in the village. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

The accommodation was fantastic. Reception and communication with Pascal and his partner very good. Everything was very complete and clean. The house is beautifully situated on the Meuse, very quiet overlooking all kinds of birds such as swans, egrets, cormorants and Canadian geese. There are bicycles available and it is easy to cycle along the Maas to both the village of Revin and Montherme, both very likeable. At Montherme is also the special Roc La Tour, where we were able to walk beautifully. The most beautiful walk just starts at the house, namely Les Creces de Laifour, along Dames de Meuse and La Source Ferugineuse (with beautiful matching fables) and over the ridge behind the house back to the Meuse. Only downside was that the restaurant Tschar Scaille was full, but that's a nice excuse to come back again.

Laurence was a fantastic host. The apartment matched the description perfectly, was well equipped, and offered a stunning view with great access to the city. One of my favorite stays to date, highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maison de Charme in the Ardennes. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick, and there was even a nice soup ready in the fridge. The accommodation is attractively and cozily furnished. Good hygiene also helps you feel at home right away. There is a lovely (well-enclosed) garden where you can sit, and have plenty of space to play with the dog. You can easily park the car in front of the house. The area around the accommodation is beautiful, a few meters from the door you can follow several hiking trails. Walk 1 (Lavacherie-Bonne-Dame) along the viewpoint is really recommended! All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and we would love to come back!

We had a nice stay. It is a spacious house with a cozy terrace. In warm temperatures, it stays nice and fresh inside. The kitchen is well equipped, we did not lack anything in this house.

Great stay in a beautiful setting!

A family stay at Léo's, the village is quiet, by the water and at the foot of the Ardennes mountains, hiking and mountain biking from the house. The house is large, with a large garage, a garden and garden furniture available. The house is old, but clean! Only the doorways were low for my 1.92m 😆 Leo was very nice, and responsive when needed. In short, a great stay!

The Refuge is aptly named. I spent a month there and spent most of my time there. I was able to take the time I needed for myself and recharge my batteries. Thanks to the hosts for their availability and communication. Thanks again! I didn't miss a thing and loved the place.

Too much is too much...but when it's true...! Despite our age, the accommodation is perfect. Ideal location, in the historic city center, impeccably like home, basic shops at the door for a short or medium stay for reduced strides, multi-parking solutions for a vehicle. And then the Ardennes! as soon as you cross the towns or villages. This first Airbnb contact is a success. Recognition.

Second time we went there, everything went very well. Frying stove on at check-in. We enjoyed the hot tub. See you very soon certainly.

Such a lovely place to stay! We stayed with our one year old daughter and the roof terrace was a perfect spot to spend time our evenings after she went to bed. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a very nice stay with 10 friends! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with every comfort. The playroom was especially well received. The location is great, quiet but still close to sights. Communication with Julie was also smooth and friendly. The only downside was that at times there was a sewer smell in certain parts of the house. Possibly something small that is easy to solve. All in all a very nice place where we would definitely like to stay again!

We stayed with a group of 14 people for a wonderful long weekend in this house. In reality, it is even more spacious than the photos suggest. The house is spacious, sufficient bedrooms beds, (note!! bring your own bedding read the instructions carefully) and a very friendly and helpful host Johnny. In short, if you are looking for a nice house in a quiet beautiful area with the family or some friends, with a play area equipped with billiards, darts, jukebox and karaoke (really fantastic) then you are at the right place!!

We stayed over Christmas with our young children. The apartment is well located and easy to find. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and had everything we needed. We appreciated the Christmas decorations that had been put up around the house to make it feel homely. Would definitely stay again.

Well-equipped, comfortable and very clean modern house

We have enjoyed this lovely house with a wonderful swimming pool with our family of 3. Nice rooms, nice bathrooms and nice and spacious. The area is beautiful and much to do. We would highly recommend this house!

Had a great weekend at Vincent's place. Super friendly explanation upon arrival. The kids enjoyed all the games very much, especially the billiards and the ping pong table. Sauna was also nice, unfortunately we could not use the Finnish bath because the water had a very unpleasant smell. Beautiful walks done both near the cottage and in Montherme. Bakery and shops are 10 minutes by car. Recommended!
