Beautiful apartment and the hosts were super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend! The property is a bit hard to find and not in Google Maps (or Apple or Waze) and there are about 100 uneven steps leading to the beach. It was a bit challenging to go up and down especially at night, but we got used to it and this is something that should get resolved as the area develops. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay as memorable as possible. The unit was modern, clean, and fully equipped. There are grocery stores, shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Communication with Fabijan was seamless — he was very responsive and helpful throughout. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, where we enjoyed plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s also a short drive to some amazing beaches and to Hula Hula, which is perfect for catching the sunset. You can even walk there in about 15–20 minutes. We truly loved our stay and didn’t want the trip to end. Thank you so much for having us and for making the check-out process so easy. You’re an amazing host, and we would definitely recommend you to everyone!

令人驚艷住宿體驗。 廚房、衛浴非常乾淨且器具期齊全，住宿門口的環境也很寧靜、花園很漂亮，步行幾分鐘就可以到hvar港口開始一天的行程，非常方便。 客廳也有智慧聲控，可以進行遊戲、音樂播放、燈光及冷氣調節等，使用起來很新穎有趣，所有房間跟照片上一樣都很漂亮，房東人也非常友善，極佳的體驗，有機會會再回訪。

Srećko and Ivana were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of amenities and kept very clean. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants a three minute walk away and the sea situated a two minute walk from the apartment. We had a great time and will definitely be returning. Thanks again to our hosts!

Vi hade en jättefin vecka i Okrug Gornji! Boendet var superfräscht, med större balkong än vi trodde! Det enda som hade önskats i lägenheten var lite bättre utrustat kök, förutom det var allt toppen! 😃 Jättenära till havet och fina platser för bad, nära till matbutik och restauranger, lugnt område.

We loved the location of the apartment- it was close to the sea with lots of activity on the water to watch! The apartment was in a great location - near to swimming areas, shops and restaurants but at enough distance to have peace and quiet when sitting on the terrace or in bed at night! Marina was friendly helpful and available for any questions we had which was great!

Wir haben 14 wunderbare ruhige und erholsame Tage auf Brac verbracht. Die Wohnung von Ana und Goran war dabei ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Insel zu dem wir Abends immer wieder sehr gerne zurückgekehrt sind. Im Vorfeld wurden wir von Ana und Goran mit sehr vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt ausgestattet, die wir aber nicht alle wahrnehmen konnten. Das hatte mehrere Gründe. Wir hatten für Mitte Oktober noch auf Strandwetter mit warmen Wasser gehofft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Strände hatten wir dabei aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit fast für uns allein. Diese Ruhe an den Stränden und das schöne Wetter haben wir sehr genossen. Kleiner Nachteil der Ruhe war allerdings, dass die Bars an den Stränden allesamt und auch viele Restaurants in den Orten bereits geschlossen waren. Es gab aber noch genügend Auswahl und dann hatten wir ja noch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche von Ana und Goran. Der Vorort-Kontakt Gianni ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

25 ans de vacances en Croatie nous ont permis d'évaluer la qualité de cette location en très haute position. Ivan et son épouse ont été très attentifs à nos besoins. Notre séjour en mai ne nous a pas vraiment permis de profiter de la mer mais le jacuzzi nous a comblés. Nous avons également pu profiter de la location d'un quad et ainsi découvrir des charmes cachés de l'ile de Hvar. A refaire !🥰

Traumhafte Lage am Wasser. Wir wurden jeden Morgen vom strahlend blauen Meer begrüßt und konnten eine Runde in dieser kleinen Privatbucht schwimmen. Die Terrasse des Apartments bzw der gesamte Außenbereich waren liebevoll gestaltet, perfekt zum Entspannen in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The flat was just as big and beautiful as in the pictures. The view is amazing, the terrace is huge. It’s within walking distance of several beaches and all the restaurants of Milna. On-site parking was convenient and the pool a big plus after a day at the beach or early in the morning. One of the bedrooms is a little harder to access due to the low ceiling but that’s easily solved by going through the other bedroom which has a normal-sized door and stairs. The two bathrooms with toilet were appreciated, and the AC was super effective! All in all a great stay, thank you Ivona and Suzanna!

Excellent location directly facing the cove. The apartment has everything you need for vacation even if you don’t plan to eat outside. The host was very nice and available in case of any issue.

All has been perfect. Clean, quiet, view on the sea and village, terrasse is very good. Perhaps for long staying it will be better to have access to the wash machine. But they wash for you for 10eur.. in general I can easily recommend Ivona’s apartment and the good service of Katarina, hier employee in charge.

Ana & Goran have been fantastic host. The description of the place has fully match the reality. You really feel that you came into a home of someone. Our kids found the games very interesting and start using them from day one onwards (table football, kids table pool,…). WiFi was working perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. The outside terrace is outstanding with the view onto the sea and Croatia mainland. I found the outside storage compartment very practical to store our bikes, SUP backpack and other sport stuff we brought with us. The outside shower was the part I personally liked the most and used it daily. Really gives the authentic feeling of being in Dalmatia Croatia.

Super Unterkunft. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Man ist ziemlich privat, hat kaum Nachbarn. Die Gastgeber waren super lieb - älteres Paar, spricht kroatisch, wenig englisch. Check-In war einfach, da das Paar auf uns gewartet hat.

I recently stayed at this fantastic rental home and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The house itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing on sunny days, and the fully equipped gym, which allowed me to keep up with my workouts during the stay. The location is stunning, though it’s important to note that the driveway is quite steep. For that reason, I would highly recommend renting a car with a more powerful engine to comfortably navigate the incline. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I’d definitely return!

Wow - what an incredible stay! Right from our arrival, Suzana and her family made us feel so welcome, meeting us in person and to show us around as well as giving us wonderful local fresh food and drink. The villa is spotless and so tastefully decorated, and Suzana took great care to make sure we had everything we needed, visiting a couple of times to make sure the pool was always clean. The kitchen is so well stocked with absolutely every thing we needed. The location is wonderful - a really peaceful retreat yet not far from the buzz of beautiful Omis, the river and the coast. Highlights for us were: Rafting on the river Cetina Sunset river trip out to Brac with Charlie on is 130 year old timber boat (Charlie is based by the bridge in Omis) Swimming in the river at Plaza Stuznica Swimming under the Lounes waterfall (from Tezacka ulica) Sunrise hike up to the wind turbines behind the villa Free walking tour around Omis Acapella singing in Omis Thank you so much Suzana!

The villa was very clean and well equipped. Villa looked exactly the same in real life as it did in the pictures. The bedrooms were really big and each of them had an en suite bathroom. Everything was very nicely decorated, you can see, that the hosts have put a lot of thought to it. Outside area was fantastic, the pool was a huge hit for the children. Ivana and Boris were wonderful hosts, answered to every question and gave us exceptional recommendations on the restaurants.

Villa Pocrnja is stunning & exactly as shown on the photos, although the photo's don't do the views justice. Waking up to the view every morning was our highlight! The villa was spotlessly clean and all the bedrooms each had a bathroom, as well as another bathroom down by the pool which was handy. The several outdoor seating areas were great for our group of 9 to relax and eat together. The villa is on a steep hill, which wasn't a problem for our group (all in 30's) however for older guests / families, I would suggest possibly having a car for ease. We used a local taxi firm, which was great to go into Omis in the evening. Unfortunately we arrived at the end of the season, and the few bars / restaurants within walking distance had closed for the season. We would highly recommend Restaurant Cocopazzo in Omiz, our group went twice it was so good! We also went Zip-lining & White Water Rafting in Omiz, both were lots of fun! Overall our group had a fantastic week here, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home worked perfectly for our large family. The views are absolutely incredible, we spent long afternoons playing in the pool with beautiful dinners on the patio. the most beautiful beach was a short (but very steep) walk away so we were able to go daily. We were lucky that the local restaurant opened for the season and we loved our morning coffees and dinners next door as well. We loved being a short drive away from Bol but in such a peaceful and beautiful village. Marijana is such a lovely host and always helped with any question or recommendation! Highly recommend!

Wir haben im Juni zwei wunderschöne Wochen im "Robinson House" verbracht! Das Kleinod liegt fernab vom Touristen-Trubel inmitten der schönen kroatischen Natur, umgeben von Tieren (Zikaden, Frösche, Eidechsen etc) und einer herrlichen Stille - wir hatten viel Zeit zum Lesen, abschalten, chillen und faul sein😊! Vom Häuschen hat man einen erhaben Blick aufs schöne blaue Meer und kann abends die tollsten Sonnenuntergänge genießen☀️. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war von Anfang an sehr herzlich und unkompliziert 🩷🙏! Da wir spät ankamen, haben wir uns nur kurz an der Fähre persönlich getroffen. Der Schlüssel steckte für uns im Häuschen und alles war wunderbar liebevoll und sehr sauber für uns vorbereitet! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt👌. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig und alles ist super sauber dort. Die Betten waren schön weich u bequem. Wir waren mit Kind (11 J.) und Hund dort. Einzige Sache: die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, sehr steil mit Schotter aber machbar 😉

The villa is part of a small boutique hotel and restaurant complex in a tranquil, rural location - but easily accessible to some of the most beautiful beaches you are likely to find anywhere! It is a spacious and stylish villa with 4 large bedrooms and a lovely outside space with a good size pool. It has amazing shutters allowing us and our children to sleep late most mornings! It is private, but also close to the hotel facilities - the restaurant is excellent and serves local specialities from Brac. There isn't a washing machine in the villa itself, but there is a good laundry service within the hotel which can be used for a small fee.
