Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Voždovac

Evde her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Her türlü ihtiyacınız daire içerisinde mevcut. Balkan tatilimizde Sırbistan’a daha uzun süre ayırsaydık kesinlikle bu evde daha uzun süre kalmak isterdik. Bu arada evin özellikle çiftler için daha uygun olduğunu düşünüyorum 😅

I had a lovely stay, Teodora gave very clear instructions on how to find the apartment and was always very quick to respond to any queries I had throughout my 5 night stay. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood by the river with lots of restaurants close by. It also across the road from the bus stop into the centre which Teodora was very helpful with helping me navigate my way around the city. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Prva stvar - odmah je bilo rezervisano parking mesto. Bez lutanja, traženja... kraj je vrlo miran i porodičan. Nema buke automobila, tu i tamo mozes da cujes da se neko dovikuje ali je vrlo mirno. Stan ima predivnu terasu sa pogledom na krošnje, koja je savršena za jutarnju kafu i pripremu dana. Stan je koncipiran vrlo zanimljivo i poseduje sve što je potrebno za duže ostajanje. Kreveti su udobni i lako je zaspati. Mladen je neverovatno ljubazan i jasan. Sve instrukcije koje sam pomislio da će mi trebati, on mi je već unapred poslao. Kraj je lep za šetnju, blizu su Maxi, Lidl, picerije, prodavnice. Definitivno preporuka za one koji traze par dana da se sklone od buke ali ostanu u gradu.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and located in a new, modern district of Belgrade. There are plenty of cafés and a bus stop just a few meters away. You can also reach all the main sights on foot from there. Communication was excellent, and we were picked up and dropped off at the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment to everyone!

This was our third time staying at Danko’s place, and it truly feels like coming back home. Every detail is always taken care of- the apartment is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. What really sets it apart are the hosts- Danko and Aleksandra are consistently thoughtful, kind, and welcoming, making each stay better than the last. The place somehow manages to exceed our expectations every single time.

Dusan's place is great. It super clean, peaceful and looks even better than in the photos. There are shops and bakeries near, as well as coffee shops, restaurants and bus stops. Dusan is friendly, easy to communicate, quick to respond and willing to help. Overall, it's fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade.

Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Отдыхали с подругами, всё прошло отлично! Вокруг очень красиво, в доме уютно и чисто. Много чем можно заняться на территории - качели, гамак, батут... Есть всё для того, чтобы пожарить мясо. Мирко специально для нас подготовил бассейн и джакузи - это было прекрасно! Да и вообще с Мирко очень приятно общаться :)

First of all i would like to say that Laura is the best! She was replying so fast whatever i asked here. We were always in contact. The flat was perfect. Easy to find and location is great. So clean same as the pictures. If i can have a chance to come again, i will definetely choose Laura’s house! Thank you for everything.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

The B&B is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There are many tram and bus lines at the street corner, and there are supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. The owner Hristina greeted us with a smile and warm hospitality. She helped us move our luggages into the house and explained the use of the equipment in detaisl. Thank you very much. The B&B is clean and comfortable, with complete equipment and facilities. The shower water source is sufficient and there is enough hot water, which makes us feel at home during this stay. I highly recommend staying in this B&B. When leaving, Hristine helped us call a taxi to the airport, which I am very grateful for.

Séjour très agréable dans ma ville natale. Le logement bien placé, avec à portée plusieurs restaurants, cafés, magasins, parcs et transports en commun. À 35 minutes à pied de Kalemegdan. L'hôte a été réactive concernant certaines questions. Nous reviendrons !

This is lovely apartment in the heart of old Belgrade with the best host ever. It was slightly larger than expected and we felt right at home. Large bathroom and hot tub was great to relax in after walking all day. You can step out the door and find many great restaurants, bars, cafes and all the shopping in the walking street. Dragan is super responsive, very friendly and kind. Highly recommend and hope to come again.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen 9-tägigen Aufenthalt und sind absolut zufrieden! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage war ideal und gut angebunden. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber Gile sowie der Co-Host Mira jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und die Lage sehr gut. Waren zufrieden! Waschmaschine und Trockner haben auch einwandfrei funktioniert.
