Apartment holiday rentals in Voždovac

Iva's place is in a great location, 15 min walk from the airport minibus stop. It's easy to find and looks just like the photos. It was super hot the first few days and the AC worked great. Dont hesitate to stay here during summer! The washing machine in the bathroom was very convenient. There's a 24 hour supermarket just down the street, and lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Iva's place, especially if its your first time in Belgrade.

A great place to stay in the center of new Belgrade

We rested in June 2025 for a week together. Check-in is contactless, which is very convenient, there is everything you need for a comfortable life, everything is thought out. It was quiet, cozy. The sun never shone in the window. The owner quickly answered all questions. A present was left for the guests - products, which is very caring. Milica is a super host. The location is great, there's always free parking in the area. Kosutnjak is 2 minutes on foot

Location was good, in the new center as well as close to the old side (Knez Mihailova st.). Wonderful balcony view, though a bit windy. A parking place available, easy get in with apartmenent keys. Flat was as explained. Check in was very easy and Alexa was very helpful in responding every question just on time. We haven’t seen her but, she was with us whenever we need. Definitely would like to come back.

We had an amazing time at Martina’s place. Everything was very clean, the house was really spacious and cozy, and the location is perfect too. Martina is a really great host, very kind, always responsive, and really helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious and comfortable, with a dedicated workspace that was perfect and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking at home super easy. The weather did get a bit cold in March but we found the air conditioner kept us warm and cozy. The location was also fantastic - right near Stadium Mall and a grocery store within a 3 minute walk, so shopping and essentials were all close by, and it was very easy to get to the city center. The host was also incredibly kind and graciously allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

One word: wauw! Absolutely lovely apartment with all I needed for 1.5 weeks in Belgrade. Very comfortable, really felt like home! Close to a lot of shops, nice restaurants and walking distance of the old city center. Vladimir and Danimir were incredible hosts! Would defnitely come back in the future if I visit Belgrade again!

This was our third time staying at Danko’s place, and it truly feels like coming back home. Every detail is always taken care of- the apartment is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. Bojana took the initiative to contact us at the beginning, and the whole communication process was easy and fast.The apartment is in a good location, in a residential area, close to the bus stop, and there are supermarkets and restaurants about 100 meters away.The room is very clean and well-equipped, making it very relaxing.The local guide provided by Bojana is also useful.I recommend Bojana's place to everyone.
