We had a wonderful stay at this house for a week. Everything was exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. The house is warm, cozy, bright, and well-designed, with more than enough amenities for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access, a nearby bus stop, and a large parking area on the property. Special thanks to the host and her representatives for always being available, promptly addressing the heating issue, and making check-in smooth and quick. There was a minor issue with a leaking radiator, and I hope the host will be able to resolve it soon. Overall, everything was great, and we highly recommend this place. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

I'd love to come back there. Easy to find private parking, near the highway. Too bad we couldn't block longer Will definitely be back.

I really felt comfortable in this place. It feels bigger than in the pictures and has a nice terrace for your morning coffee. Nikola is very nice, helpful and always responsive. I definitely recommend this apartment for other travelers.

We stayed here a week ago and I can say it was a very nice experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for our stay. It's true that it's a little far from the city center, but that wasn't a problem, especially since the area is quiet. The host was very kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed, which made everything much easier. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation, it was a good experience and we had a good time!

I had the pleasure of staying at Vesna’s place for a couple of days and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city and access public transport. Additionally, there are several cafés, supermarkets, shops, etc. close by. What really made my stay special was the amazing hospitality from the host. Vesna was very welcoming, responsive, and attentive throughout my entire stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. I truly felt at home here. If you are looking for a place to stay during your time in Belgrade, I can highly recommend this place! It's a fantastic spot, and I would definitely stay here again if I return. Subjective feels like you're at your house-which only tells you how much love and attention has been put into the whole concept. The cottage is even more beautiful than in the pictures, if at all possible. Peaceful, quiet, secluded and perfect to get away from the city. We are very happy to have found Teodora's apartment for our girls' trip. The place was perfect for our short trip. Good location for excursions, good breakfast and dining options and small supermarkets within walking distance. The accommodation was exactly as described in the pictures and in the description. Clean, spacious and cozy and equipped with everything you need. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect. Teodora was a great host, always available and helpful.
