Beautifully constructed and well appointed home in a very peaceful area! Beds are so comfortable compared to other European stays. We traveled to a few different beaches- sandy to rocky- in under an hour. Afrata beach just 5 mins drive or 20min walk. Super relaxing stay!

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

An absolute gem, we had an amazing stay at Maria's place. The house is absolutely beautiful, modern with quality all around. It's also super private with nothing but nature around you. Will definitely be coming back!!

we spent a week in this villa. it is perfectly equipped, clean, modern. the heated and large pool is very pleasant. it is 10 minutes from kissamos. The host was very helpful and responsive from the beginning to the end of the stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The place was exactly at how was advertised. The on-site manager/Maid was fantastic and checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. She also let us stay a few extra hours after checkout in the pool while she cleaned with her crew. The cleaning crew was amazing… Literally spotless when we arrived. The property is starting to show its age a little bit, but was really clean, which was what was important. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Outstanding views, 5* accommodation with hosts that go above and beyond and can’t do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Recommendations of local places to eat. If you can, take use of the local chefs to come in and cook for you. Family of 7 cost us €280 as a guide without drinks and was beautiful food. The villa is spacious and relaxing and perfectly placed to walk into plaka and short drive to almyrida beach with beautiful fish tavernas and water activities. Party of 3 boys (15,15 and 12), my husband and I and his parents it was the perfect house to have our own spaces but still come together. The photos do not do the house justice at all. The outdoor kitchen, outside bath and jacuzzi plus all the outdoor terraces to each room are spectacular. Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed. Hope to be back again one day. A lovely villa - looked exactly like the photos. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 small children and there was room for all of us. Kitchen was big enough with every utensil (and more) you could think of. Our host was there to greet us and was always responsive when needed ( 2 small issues both quickly resolved). A lovely welcome basket of food/drink etc was a nice touch. I would not say a car is essential - its less than 10 mins walk to several lovely restaurants and a nice little beach. However the nearest proper supermarket is 30-40 mins walk although its only a 10 euro taxi back and youll save more than that as the local shop (2 mins down the hill) is only really any good for fresh bread and emergency supplies! The outside/pool area in villa was roomy and the inside hot tub/sauna were well used. My only advice would be to have some sun loungers on the terrace outside main bedroom as that did seem wasted space although lovely views of the mountains and the sea. We would stay again.

House with 2 large bedrooms and modern bathroom. Large living room, tv, kitchen equipped with all the necessities. A little more important Water, Gateaux, Nespresso coffee and capsules for your arrival! The View is impressionsnte of Falasarna Beach with the infinity pool, bbq, sun loungers ... 500m from Chemin de Terre to arrive at the complex of 4 houses, nothing very complicated by car. Clean accommodation and top welcome. If you want more calm … take one of the houses on the side! But for us in October it was quite quiet ... And a great Taverna Spilios Restaurant on the street just down to eat … one of the best in Crete! Perfect location to visit Balos and other spots.

Another big thank you to Giorgos and Maria for their hospitality. A very big sandstorm from the Sahara disrupted everything on the day of our arrival. Our hosts did their best and even the impossible to clean everything and allow us to enjoy the villa in the best conditions. The villa is beautiful. Everything is planned so that we can relax and make the most of it. Full of good intentions, the products available allow us to feel comfortable as soon as we arrive. I can only recommend the Mythic Olive villa 😊

We cannot have asked for a better place to stay in Chania. The house is a gorgeous villa perfect for a large family vacation. The location is on a breathtaking hill overlooking the city and old Harbor. There are tons of windows letting in natural light. You can be an old town in eight minutes by car or about 45 minutes walking. There are plenty of local mini markets and restaurants nearby. Michalis was a model host, and gave us plenty of recommendations for day trips, restaurants, treats, activities, and gave us very kind gifts throughout our stay. If we ever return to Crete, we will be staying here again!

The place was great and exactly as the photos suggest. Lots of steep and tiled stairs so a bit challenging with a 18 month old but for 3-4 year olds it was great. We came in May and the heated pool meant they could play in the pool all day. The place is lovely and clean, the outdoor bbq area is super and there are two taverns within walking distance as well as a corner shop. Anyone staying here will have a great holiday!

Villa Levante was a perfect peaceful escape with an incredible view. The villa was clean, modern, and had a well-equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. Vasilis was also incredibly welcoming and responsive, greeting us at check-in despite travel delays and addressing any questions in a timely manner. We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

This villa is the best place you can stay if you visit Chania . The place was beautiful , very close to Chania Town but still very quiet and peaceful . It was the cleanest place we’ve been and more than we expected , bedrooms were perfect , tidy and very cozy . The pool is private and suitable for kids too !! Iasonas was the best host ever !Before we arrive at the accommodation he had already provided the fridge with local goodies , so the accommodation had literally everything we needed . Iasonas has also a small farm with sheep ,chicken, horse etc , that you can visit ! We really had the best time there and it was the best choice we made to stay at the Avocado Villa Iason !!!!

We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome! What a wonderful holiday! Villa Rokka is such a special place, with the most amazing views and outdoor space. Manolis is a fabulous, kind host and made the holiday feel so special, especially the last evening when we celebrated my sister’s birthday with wood fired pizza, Cretan live music and a yummy cake all arranged by him. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
