This beautiful house in the seaside resort village of Aghia Marina, located on the Athens Riviera (only 15 min away from the airport) is the single one in a 1,5 acre property. Moreover, the half basketball court (official size) equipped with lights gives the perfect setting for enjoying sports during days and evenings. The house itself underwent a full renovation in 2018. Property Description The property is located in a flat area ideal for walking and biking to the beach. Arriving in front of the stone fence, you are welcomed by a gated drive with space for at least 4 cars. The surroundings of the drive is planted with various trees such as olive, lemon, pomegranate, almond and pistachio trees which are in season at various times of the year. The house with its’ stone-paved surroundings, is situated at the end of the drive and in the middle of the property, far enough from the nearest road to offer privacy and tranquility. The dreamy second bedroom with its wooden ceiling and its decoration creates a romantic atmosphere and gives exit to a courtyard where a couple can relax in privacy. The main bathroom offers a shower with a built seat and is one step away from the second bedroom. My place is a 400 sq.m luxury villa with 3 floors,with an internal staircase, that can accommodate 18 people.The ground floor (140 sq.m) has an individual entrance ( 4 persons). The first and second floor is a single space with an individual entrance ( 10 persons). The surrouging area is private, it has 3 parkings, big and beatiful garden, big swimming pool, private court tennis and a great view to green hills and the sea. It's suitable for couples, families (with children) and big groups.
