This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Really nice 1bd house in a nice neighborhood, close to everything you need and a short bus ride to Athens metro system. Reasonable price and nice owners. Recommend.

Our stay at this accommodation was very pleasant. The fully fenced property offers security and privacy, and the multiple private parking spaces are super convenient. The location is perfect: Athens is quickly accessible by car, and everything needed can be found locally as well. The accommodation is well-equipped, and John had the nice gesture of providing us with basic essentials and snacks. John's service deserves particular mention. He responds very quickly to inquiries and is very helpful. He had already provided comprehensive information in advance, so most of our questions were already answered. A good recommendation for anyone who values comfort and good service.

The house is beautiful with a relaxing outdoor area and pool. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you might need. Chara was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home.

Kostas was the perfect host! From our early check in to our easy and efficient check-out he was proactive and very helpful. He always responded to my questions and gave very good local recommendations that were perfect for our group. Thank you so much Kostas for a lovely stay in Athens. Would definitely visit again!

A week-long stay, typically a holiday in the second half of October 2024, daily sunshine, light winds by the sea, bathing and walking along the seaside promenade. Functional kitchen; close to beach and downtown. Well-stocked shops nearby. We recommend the fish restaurant H Trata next to the harbor and a fish and seafood shop in the center where you can buy fresh or fried products. We recommend walking to Saint Efraim Monastry and taking the 310 bus to Marathon Run Muzeum. Close to Athens; it takes about 1 hour to get to the M3 Halandri metro station by taxi and further by metro to Syntagma square. We recommend a family stay in Nea Makri.

Beautiful and wonderful property! We are so glad we got to stay here! Perfect for four adults and two kids. Close to the beach and the property is safe. We stayed here between flying into Athens and then leaving for the islands at Rafina port.

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Ioannis's place is fabulous. It was the ideal place for our group of 7 adults to enjoy sunning by the pool or to wander down to the beach, with plenty of nearby beach bars and restaurants to explore. The cheese platter and a few beers in the fridge as a lovely surprise. Thanks Ioannis. We thoroughly enjoyed your place.

What a beautiful day in a great house!

We had such a wonderful time. Ayapi's place was beautiful with incredible views and the swimming pool was amazing. The facilities were superb and we had the best time. Ayapi was incredibly kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. We really couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend Agapi's place and were so sad to leave. We definitely hope to return here one day. A huge thank you to Ayapi for being an amazing host and for letting us stay in her beautiful home.

Luxurious apartments, where you feel at home! Very cozy and as comfortable as possible. The house has everything from oil, sugar, various coffee and spices, to shampoos and a first aid kit. Special thanks for the cold water and beer, and a full freezer of ice. Washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, dishes - everything is available for a comfortable stay. You can feel that the house is furnished with love. A huge swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the bay. It's great to relax with children - there are a lot of board games in the house, and there are a lot of interesting details in the interior But the best thing about this house is the owner! Surprisingly friendly and responsive. We got caught in a taxi drivers' strike and spent an hour trying to get home from Athens. They called the owner of the house, and he came to pick us up, driving 45 km back and forth. A perfect place for a family vacation! The owner of the house is a wonderful person who takes care of his guests. We will definitely return to this house again

We were at the property over Christmas. Zoe put a lot of effort into it and decorated the apartment for Christmas. He also responded to all inquiries and helped. It is a great apartment with enough space, a short walk to the sea and the small town with shops and restaurants. The airport is a relaxed 20 minutes away and it is about 40 minutes to a conveniently located metro station (Nomismatokopio) to Athens. I could also imagine it being good for the summer.

We enjoyed our stay at Gelly’s place, a smiling and warm-hearted woman who hosted us in a wonderful way. The house is equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Gali and her family took care of everything we needed and it was wonderful.

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

The house is beautiful, truly. It does have everything you need. Great especially for a larger party than just my husband and I, but we enjoyed it. From the views, the pool, the elevator, and all the space...it was wonderful. It is only 25 mins from everything - athens, the ports, Poseidon, etc. Felt nice to be away from people and traffic by staying at this home. We enjoyed the towns nearby and dinner at XH MA (delicious]! We drove to a station 15 mins away and then rode the metro to Athens. Quick and inexpensive. I was asked if I would stay there again,as we have stayed at many airbnbs. The answer is yes. There were some issues with check in, but they allowed us in early. Some areas of the home needed small bits of attention, which they quickly said they would fix (and from prior reviews...they had fixed issues prior), so I trust 100% they will. They asked for a 5 rating, but I will be honest...the HOME is a 5, and with a few tweaks in mgmt it will soar as a 5 without asking.

We were visiting for my son’s wedding at a nearby venue so lots of coming and goings. It was always nice to arrive back at the villa for some peaceful relaxation. The infinity pool and sea view were stunning. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated with well stocked kitchens (basics). The 10-minute walk down to the beach was completely doable and we loved our quiet little beach. Highly recommend for an extended family rental as it has tons of spaces for spreading out and quality amenities throughout.
