The living room has a fold out couch that can also be used for sleeping. Parking is free, parking spaces are just in front of the house. Smokers and pets are not expected in the apartment. Nearby places: within 250m there is a sports hall and Kagukeskus, 900m to the bus station, 1.3 km to the central square and 1.7 km to the beach.

The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

This beautiful and unique 2BDR, second floor apartment with high sealing and big windows is located just steps away from the Tamula lake. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sunrise as well as a romantic sunset from a furnished balcony. This apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen. Our place is very unique because of our beautiful surroundings and lot of cool animals like ducks, rabbits, lamas, horse, ponies, donkey, chickens ( who walk free on the property).
