Nice stay in centre, free parking & cozy comfort

Situated in the city center, 5 min walk to parks, 10 min to beach, a comfortable 57 sqm. apartment. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one smaller room with sofa bed, open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom and sauna. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer. It has high ceilings which together with the windows in every room provides an abundance of natural light. Offer nice stay for couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families with kids.

Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment just: - 500m from the white sandy beach, - 100m from a seaside park and running/cycling path (5 km long), - 300m from the tennis courts, - 500m from one of the biggest kids' playgrounds in Latvia, - 400m from the bowling centre, where you can have some fun also on rainy days :) Apartment itself is as charming as surroundings, it's original wooden flooring, high ceilings and other carefully chosen details will make you feel like home away from home.

The apartment is located in a separate building with a separate entrance and a terrace available only for this apartment! Quiet, closed yard! Comfortable for families with children or 2 couples. Apartment with two bathrooms, separate bedroom and a room with double bed, kitchen and living space. Great place 5 min. walking distance from the sea and city centre. Peaceful studio by the lake

Lovely studio in locally beloved area. This place has everything for comfortable stay - kitchen, toilet, shower with essentials and comfortable sofabed for your night sleep. Also, if a third person is coming, extra foldable chair is available, not very comfortable, but very valued when need arises :)
