Fantastic beachfront apartment, with beautiful views and a special atmosphere. The apartment is very comfortable, recently renovated and is very cool in the summer months because it has a breeze. It is located in the best area of Benicassim (Voramar-Almadraba) close to everything: the village is 10 minutes away, supermarkets 5 minutes away. The building has a large garden with showers, perfect for removing sand after the beach. It has 1 large new pool with a children's area (SUMMER MONTHS ONLY)

It is located in the heart of Benicassim beach (Almadraba) with direct access to the beautiful beach passage with a lot of cafes and only 10min away from the city center by walking.

Benicasim is the most amazing family friendly resort in the county, but also has got a vibrant and busy nightlife. It has over 9 km of sandy beaches, stunning green cycling path ('via verde'), astonishing villas walk by the seafront.

Mateo's apartment is very nicely located. It's just like the photos, everything is new and well maintained. The house is fully automated, which provides comfort and well-being. We were very comfortable. It's just what we needed. Many thanks to Mateo who was a very good host. If the occasion arises, we'll do it again.
