This place was adorable! My friends and I couldn't stay very long but really loved our limited there. I loved the remoteness of this house.

Cosy accomodation. More spacious than it seemed on the fotos. Owner ist very helpful and friendly. It was a pity that we could just stay for one night.

Such a lovely place! It was spotless, well-decorated and felt like a home away from home. The host added thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special. Would happily come back!

We stayed for one night, it is very cozily furnished and everything necessary is available for cooking. It is clean and the beds very comfortable. You have a great view and quiet area. A clear instruction for the accommodation and check-in would be desirable for the future. You can end the evening with a movie - Prime, etc. We highly recommend it! Thank you :)

A cosy little house in the middle of a field, with surrounding farms and a sense of privacy, this place is wonderful if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. It is 20 minutes away from the nearest town so best to stock up on groceries if you are staying here. The house is also well furnished and beautiful, not to mention clean

We had a wonderful stay at Elisa’s spacious and cozy home near Egilsstaðir! The house was spotless, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. Elisa is a fantastic host — so kind and welcoming. She even brought us a tray of fresh eggs for breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend staying here if you’re exploring East Iceland!

beautiful, atypical and exotic place calm assured

Wonderful cabin that was cozy and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Very private and peaceful. Had a beautiful view when it wasn’t raining. Lovely horses and sheep grazing around you. Would definitely recommend
