Holiday rentals with a patio in Volta Redonda

Flávia a very nice person, wonderful space, super clean place. I was already acquainted with the resort, but first time with Flávia and I will definitely return. About the resort I always enjoyed going because it has recreators and a wonderful place for children , a wonderful place for those who want to get out of the routine of the city and leave their children at ease playing.

Local exactly as in the pictures, clean, organized and with many kitchen utensils. We had a problem with Check in, but we were given all assistance from the owners .

Home is exactly as the listing shows. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the village of the waters. The organized apartment, cozy environment, air-conditioning working perfectly, clean and super pleasant space.

Claudia helped us with everything we needed, very nice, the Flat is well equipped, cozy, clean and a great view of the pool, as for the structure of the condominium, not to mention, a good pool, kids space, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and there is also the water park Aldeias das Águas, I recommend visiting, we loved the stay and will certainly return!!!!

The stay was peaceful, good for resting. Our intention was to stay close to Aldeia das Águas park for a walk, and we achieved that goal. It is a pity that the exits to the park from inside the hotel were blocked, making it necessary to go through the main entrance on the street. But it's a quiet and quick walk. The hotel has amenities for a good family rest. The apartment meets basic needs, although it does not have a stove, you can prepare quick snacks in the microwave and air fryer. There's not much to do around the city, just the park.

everything perfect , apt clean and tidy, all kitchen utensils, comfortable bed. TV in the living room and bedroom. Air conditioning running perfectly, hotel with great infrastructure, friendly recreators. Very family atmosphere.

sensational and super preserved location, exuberant nature, host very good people and concerned about environmental issues, I will definitely be back.

It was a very pleasant experience to spend a few days in such a beautiful and quiet place. Really a refreshing experience. It was easy to find and get there and the place is a few minutes by car from the penedo center. We were greeted by the in-laws of the hosts who live in the house in the back and that we only saw at check-in and then at check-out (note 10 for privacy!) We were unlucky to take the bathtub in maintenance but ended up not even being missed because we were able to enjoy the other good things in the house. The downstairs, consisting of living room, game room, dining room and kitchen is very well distributed and very comfortable to stay. The upstairs with the two bedrooms is also very spacious with two very comfortable wands to rest. For us the star of the stay was the bonfire that we were able to enjoy in the 4 days in a row and that it was an incredible experience to sit in the family from the comfort of a campfire to talk and eat together.

The house is super cozy. It exceeded our expectations.

All right. There was a small mishap that was resolved with agility and professionalism. Excellent location.

Gustavo's place was great. Only 5 minutes driving from downtown. Gustavo was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience in Penedo! The house is cozy, well-equipped and very close to the center, which made our walking tours much easier. The hostess was extremely helpful and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend the stay!

The house is excellent, fragrant, clean, comfortable with all the necessary utensils and very good taste. Great quality bedding and pillows. We spent wonderful days as if we were in our own homes. Everything is working perfectly. Andrea was great, always ready to serve with the greatest affection. We will definitely be back!
