Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Volkmarsen

We had booked the "green" apartment for a short hiking holiday in early spring on Lake Edersee. For this, the location of the apartment was perfect - 20 min walk to the dam wall or 5 min to the forest. The apartment itself was very nice; especially we enjoyed the terrace right in front of the living room. The contact with Christian was friendly and nice.

We stayed with Irina and Jonathan for 4 nights as a small family. We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. The large bed was comfortable and also gave us enough space for the three of us with our son. The bedroom closet is spacious. The kitchen was really well equipped and even with a missing number burst, we could be helped out right away. since we were on the road during the day and it is still a little fresh in the morning and evening at the moment, we unfortunately could not enjoy the terrace so much, but soon you can certainly have breakfast here in the sunshine. the apartment is very bright because of the large windows despite the basement and can still be made private due to the blackout option. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Our stay was great! The room was clean and everything was designed with a lot of love. In the common room there is the possibility of using the drinks for a small fee. Absolute recommendation! We will be happy to come back.

We felt very welcome and immediately at home. Sylvie and Michael were very friendly and nice hosts and were always available for our questions. everything important was available, nothing was missing. The apartment is cozy and offers plenty of space. We would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately we had to move on. We would book this apartment and its hosts again immediately.

Were 5 people to a festival in Büren. Parking in front of the house can be found! The place was clean and cozy! Markus was very friendly and was able to help with questions and wishes. By car, you can quickly get to Büren and Paderborn. I can recommend the apartment!

It was the best we've experienced as a group so far. There is so much to discover in the entire complex. Everything has been decorated with an attention to detail. Everyone was super super friendly. The restaurant and wellness area are absolutely amazing.

perfect house for a family with small kids, they really enjoyed the sandbox, small vehicles, puzzles etc... Location is also nice, near the dam but still quiet street.

Very clean, good opportunities inside and outside to sit, eat, grill, play, etc. with many people. Beautiful play corner in front of the house for small children. From the house you can start walking directly and find nice hikes in the area. Communication impeccable. One shortcoming in the house was the kitchen equipment. For example, we lacked wine glasses in the two apartments, and there were no large bowls.

The rented property was spacious, clean and soberly furnished. The surprise was the garden shed; it was full of all kinds of toys for the children. In short, a gold mine! The contact with the host was good, especially when an incident with the oven occurred. Friendly response, without judgment. Very pleasant! There is plenty to do in the area; walking around the Diemelsee, play on the Adventura Spielberg in Medebach, visiting the Sky-Walk in Willingen... the house is a great base! Another plus; the bakery in the village has the most delicious sandwiches :).

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

We went to a family celebration in the area and stayed very well with Andrea. On a positive note is the bakery, which has delicious breakfast and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. The apartment is modern and well equipped and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area. With three separate bedrooms, the apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends. Check-in was uncomplicated thanks to good advance information. Tobias was very quick to respond to questions.

The place is nice and it has everything you need for your stay. It has a parking spot but it's a bit far away from supermarkets and from the city center. I recommend it only if you come with a car.

The apartment is good and has all the amenities listed, I had a great experience during my stay. I recommend it also for long stays. I will gladly come back if I am in the surroundings.
