Welcome to Prichsenstadt! As on site hosts we are here offer an easy and memorable visit. The private cottage is located inside our private courtyard with free parking on-site. Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

We cordially invite you to our place in the country. Here you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Take excursions to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. End the evening in the spacious garden. In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Ideal for those who want to get out of the everyday stress and "do nothing - want nothing"!

Access via door code - access directly with the courtyard! Perfect for 1 or 2 people!

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

Beautiful wooden house in the Spessart with connection to various cycling and hiking trails (Spessartbogen). Fireplace, barbecue, terrace and garden invite you to relax. Accommodation for small groups, vehicles or horses is possible on request. In winter, the wood-burning stove beckons with cozy warmth. Welcome.

This spacious 3-room apartment with 107 m² is located on the first floor of our 2-family house in Gaukönigshofen - in the heart of the Ochsenfurt Gau - 20 km south of Würzburg near the popular Gaubahn cycle path.
