Urke is a small village and has everything you need; great nature, hiking and swimming opportunities, shop with post and pharmacy, horticulture and own pub/cafe. The nature in the area is amazing. The Sunnmørsalpane encircles the village with majestic Slogen and Saksa which have become really popular after Sherpas from Nepal have made steps up through the ura. In the last few years, Urkeegga has also become a popular hiking destination. The mountains here are equally popular for skiing tourists during the winter as for mountain hikes in the summer.

Great cabin in a fantastic place in the mountains in the center of Sunnmøre, and the nearest neighbor to Hornindal Ski Center and is located in Tindetunet 2 in Harevadet cabingrend. The cabin was built by Tinde Cabins and finished the coast in 2021. The cabin has 4 Bedrooms and a total of 11 beds. Large Dining table , living room and good nook to relax in Danish designer Stoler☺️The cabin has 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower, as well as its own laundry room. The cabin and furniture is high standard and it is not spared on NOK☺️

Toll road NOK 30. Quiet place for relaxation, or for exploring the surrounding area. Possibilities for both mountain hikes and other trips in the areas around. Also for rowboat,by appointment. Bring sleeping bags or bed linen yourself,there are duvets and pillows. There is solar panel available but limited with battery. Use only the necessary drinking water, in the stream next to the cabin. Gas ,so one can boil on, and charcoal grill for grilling outside. Ask if there are any more questions. Outhouse up to the cabin.

Local ski cover/cross country trails(10 min with car) Lots of opportunities for great top hikes and hikes in the surrounding area.

Huset benyttes som landsted/hytte for vår familie. Parkering for 2 biler. Old house from 1920, peacefully situated in the countryside but still only 500m from the main road E39. It has constantly been redecorated up to good standards with good comfort and all necessities. It is used as a holiday house for our family.

Otherwise, here is electric heating, but also a wood breeze and firewood one can use.
